been watching video's of the gameplay the last few days & I must say im not impressed. Its basically a mediocre fps with the emphasis on time stopping (bullet time) with a futuristic theme. But that is based off watching video's of it.

Wow.
Played the 360 demo just a bit and as long as they didn't do a shit job on the pc, must say my anticipation for this game went from very low to very high, real quick.
Graphics are nice, almost to the level of Gow, especially in how all the environments are very gritty and detailed. Animations are nice, I especially love the oldschool 'gibbing' that occurs when you hit an enemy close-quarters with the explosive crossbow bolts. One thing that surprised me is how exposed drywall and other areas give way to bullets realistically, creating the effect of destructible environments. Helps immerse you in the experience.
Also the time shifting thing was well done, thought it might seem pretty gimmicky and 'been there, done that' but works nice and feels pretty fresh, especially with so many options to choose from, pause/rew/ff all that.
The story reminds me a bit of HL2, with an eerie voice going on in the background about the gov't 'protecting' citizens and all that. With some of the great voice talent they recruited, looking very much forward to what maybe a stellar storyline.
Finally the AI doesn't seem too shabby either, giving reports to teammates and staying behind cover.
All in all, one to look forward to. And totally unexpected due to it being a former shitty Atari production, bugs and all. But looks like Sierra might have just pulled it from the dustbin for a surprise winner...maybe.

Eh, I can see there's been some improvement, I've played some crappy demo in early 2006 and it totally sucked! But now looks way better, Sierra will do some damage with this baby (I hope  ) looks like F.E.A.R. (exept the creepy stuff) and PoP in one  ... yeh, I'm lookin' forward to it.

The old demo was awful, and it ran very poorly. It's not even the same game anymore, since switching publishers. Everything seems to be different besides the name, and the time changing itself.
I don't remember how they were able to do time changing in the old concept for the game, but now its using the suit.

HA!!! I'm using 163.71 and the game ran smooth as better. Put everything on high except the texture filtering at 2x and got 30+ FPS with no slowdowns.
1440x900
x2 4400
2x1024 OCZ Performance
7900GS KO oc'd
Gameplay seems nothing new from a normal FPS other than the fact you can stop time etc, which isn't much different than most bullet time games like FEAR, Max Payne etc, the stop time feature is pretty cool when you get up to their face and disarm their weapons. Actions seems plentyfull. Doesn't feel consolish at all and the fact it's opitmized even during the demo, it has my support
