It says x1950 pro, not X1950 XT 
And an 7900gtx is a LOT better than 1950 pro.
They have a mistake there.
They either mean 7900gt which is about the same as x1950 pro or, they confused the XT with the pro.

maybe the game just runs better on radeons so performance wise a x1950 pro is equivalent to a 7900gtx... which would suck, but it would explain it.

Heh that would be a first in a loooong time.
Sorry but nvidia's 'how its meant to be played' program(Tho that intro to every freakin' game pisses me off) seems to have paid off in how most games run with better optimization, more features, ect on nvidia cards. Now if they could just stop screwing us on drivers...

since its uses NWN1 engine, modified though, original NWN 1 was noticeably faster on NVIDIA cards, but we will see.

posted requirements have nothing with reality they worked on the game since 3 years and it should work without problem on current systems ( like c2d with NV 8800 graphics series )

Today a new gameplay video from The Witcher was posted at IGN. This one is titled „Vizima according to Geralt”. It’s easy to notice that you will see the city from the perspective of the main hero’s view this time. Geralt will guide you through few districts, and give a biting comment on approached events and situations. You’ll see both rich and prospering parts of the city as well as poor and neglected. Vizima is a real, living it’s own life agglomeration with citizens interacting between themselves. Also a citizen that is living in the sewers, making his day by devouring decent tax payers. A walk in the gutter is not probably the best way to spend an evening in the city, but well... you don’t pick and choose contracts if you are the witcher.

Damn, seems like the social life will take a big hit when this turns up. Was impressed before and after reading game-spot preview and seen it on a swedish game-program i wan´t it sooo bad....
