Crap,I've just noticed that im growing a belly.... its quite small,but catchable,which means,its too much(for me!).
so,how do I get lost of it?,without any sport activities,since I really dont have time for it at the moment.

Actually the only thing you need is a DZ class licence (to drive the truck + air brake) that you can just take at a truck driving school such as:

I'm pretty sure in most places the driver and thrower alternate positions as to not get tired (I worked as temporary help one summer as a garbage thrower so I was clued in to how it all works) ... now actually finding one of those jobs is another story since they tend to pay quite good and in contrast to other truck driving jobs it is regular shift work.

Yes, I was refering to the slaying in Surrey. A shame that 2 innocents were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Even Kelowna is getting bad, when my Brother tells me that he ignores the gunfire he hears because its so often, something is wrong.
