Polish release date is also 26th but preorders ship earlier. The shop sent my copy today and I expect a courier tomorrow

i preordered from game.co.uk....they ALWAYS make sure preordered games get to you before the rls date,but usually its one day - but still-ill be playing witcher this thursday as soon as i get back from work when there is no more room in hell, the D34D will walk the earth

Nope,only reads dvd when starting the game and the gameplay is fricking smooth:)
btw, doesn't look like the game has a serial protection, at least not mine. Looks like they are happy enough with Tages Razz

got a minor question, the offical release date on their site said world is oct 26th, while US is 30th. Are there going to be any different if i get the UK version than the US one? cuz i want to play ealier!!!

The US version has been censored for nudity. And guys, if you explore this game and and the alchemy part you got a good 100 hour playtime. Dont rush it because it has alot of cool stuff .Explore and enjoy... just a good advice Smile

You must be joking. I wasn't just running around, there are hundreds of tasks to do, dungeons/manors/places to go/people to see.

I expect nothing less than Oblivion, otherwise I'll be disappointed.

You will probably be disappointed then, since this game isn't a consolized repetitive game with boring tasks and monsters who level up with you and needs a bunch of mods to have any character at all.
