devs hypocrites talking of some plot in the game - the plot is just another shit. Perfect gameplay saves the game.
looks like some rainbow6 or graw but w/out tactics just shooting and running - adrenaline game.

Why in the world would you call them hypocrites? At least they are trying to do something series like Medal of Honor keeps repeating the same battles over and over again without any real change. Infinity Ward is trying to develop themselves further up their gaming career and save your damn critizism until you play the actual game...

Yeah dude look up the word hypocrite and you will see they are not being hypocritical. They never said it was a story to win any academy awards or anything, just like a bit more filler between the action parts of the game. And it is a COD game, so yeah it's gonna be adrenaline game. You play it for the rush of bullets whizzing past and shit. If it pulls everything off good, it should be a blast for the type of game it is.

The plot is not the COD one. The COD story means you have separate missions.
But instead they told in all interviews that they have a totally-new-super-feature - the STORY! I did watch the interview recently, cant put the link as it was a video from a magazine.
But such a story still doesnt have even anything to watch or read or pay attention to( like Brothers In Arms or some other action game story - like say FarCry).
There is still no normal plot and i think it would be better if they made the story same old way - the modern combat with terrorists but just separate missions.
I think the story of BF2142 is even better.Thou BF is mp game.

you all too much crazy abt the game to see that even the poor plot of FarCry is twice better than the subject's kinda story ...I used the critisized plot of FC deliberately to show how bad the subjects story is.
and i am not pessimistic abt the game itself. i think such a game really doesnt need plot.
If You really want to make a GOD out of this game and really believe the game is the ideal for You to pray ...well - how to say it...that's not to be cured.
i always loved COD and I will but i dont like the new plot feature.

cause this country is trigger happy, having a british/scottish soldier would be false representation as they don't get in everyone elses buisness likes this country, having someone from the middle east would be hailed as something along the lines of terrorism and I guess americanism is just well known through out the world and is easy to get a story on instead of making up a new mercenary from another country and giving a history on it.
at least that's how I see it |

The SS or the other "nazi scums" would be more fun with better battles.
Its kinda sad that u can play as the worlds worst politically soldier(commie) but not as an german under WW2. |

Anyone with half a brain knows that the political reality is completely different than what the US government is trying to show. Also everyone knows that in war no matter if it's justified or not atrocities happen. Do I hate playing games that promote propaganda from whoever ? Yes i do.But then again propaganda is only successful if you believe in it.Imo we all have our ideas and i doubt a game can change that.But then again i am talking from an adult POV taking in mind that the game will also be played by kids that are more susceptible to various sources of information. I personally will just play the game for the action not taking in mind who my soldier is killing. I will though explain to my children that the bad guys in games are not necessarily bad guys irl. I wish all games were set in a mythical / fantasy background where you wouldn't have to compare it with today's facts.But that's not always the case.And if the game covers my lust for action and kills my spare hours i just have to remind myself in the end of the day that fun is sometimes just that and nothing more.
Forgive me if this post is a bit offtopic but i read a lot of posts about the politics etc behind this and although i agree with most i believe that sometimes we read way too much into stuff. Let's not become distasteful talking about raping 14year olds cause even if those are true images of wars i doubt this game is about promoting that. All war games still promote the fighting and not everything else. This doesn't necessary make war appealing even to kids when you explain that every life is sacred to them. Even if some ppl they will realize in the future are worth vigilance.
