what to do when it says that demon tolls can´t mount the .mds file!? it says that the file is not suported. i have Deamon tools Advance. any solution?

You'r obviously using the wrong program, if you really downloaded a program called demon tolls then its a fake cuz the real name is called Daemon Tools. So try with that and it'll work guarenteed.

Uninstall that crap and get the 4.10.0218 release from L33VaNcL33F.

Even tried re-insatlling xp and same problem. This happened with fantasy wars clone to but no other game. Have no clue what component is causing this so any help apprecitead. My system:
Gigabyte DQ6 Bios F6, Q6600, 2GB OCZ DDr2 ram, Sapphire Radeon X1950Pro with newest ati drivers.
Im desperate, help me |

Asrock eSATA2, core2duo 6400, 2gb kingston value, 7600 gts (newest.. i think).

Voices were pretty poor I thought. The way the old guy Vessamir alternated between calling Trish either 'Child' or 'Babe' was odd I thought, made him just sound like a dirty old pervert. Main character has the typical cool 'hero' voice too devoid of any personality as per usual. Still not the worse I have ever heard too but could have been better considering how much of the dialog is actually spoken. Anyway my game just crashed with a game.exe error. Gonna go back to it now.

Uhm problem: tomorrow i played the witcher with my DTPro 4.10.0215.10...and it runs...
Now, the game ask me for use the Original DVD of the game -.-
Can u help me?

works fine here with this one,
DAEMON.Tools.Pro.Advanced.v4.10.218.0.rar
if you search for this on binsearch, you'll find an 11 day old posting, thats the one. Didn't even have to mount as virtual ide, it just works plain, mount and play:)
The game rocks, its as simple as that, I love the fighting system, like the character of the witcher, like the graphics very much, and finally the camera is so frigging smooth, alot of games can learn from that, game also runs like a dream on 1600x1200, all options on 16x 4x etc. Have one bad thing to say though and thats about the cutscenes, sometimes they pop up unexpected and its like one millisecond you'r walking and you get a blackscreen for 1 millisecond before it cutscenes, so those transistions sometimes aren't the smoothest.
So all in all best RPG this year for me:)

i'm trying to install DAEMON.Tools.Pro.Advanced.v4.10.218.0 but during the installation it ask me for a license file...help me?
Error: In order to istall daemon tools pro you must select your personal license key file.

if i asked for help i think the problem exist!!! So, i selected a random file, and it continued the installation...just done...but the game still ask me for the original DVD.
Error: Insert original DVD of "The Witcher"! ***
EDIT: with a IDE drive the game start!

Hmmm i started Witcher on Vista...even at 1280x1024 performance was abit dodgy...some slowdowns and generally low frame rates...changed to xp and reinstaleld there.. 1600x1200 with incredible performance :/ bah !
Intel i7 950
Sabertooth X58
6gb ram
GTX 570
3x 500gb hdd
