Guy can you plz go to tech support forum with all thoes DT YASU problems...
this thread now is all about it insted of game talk...
anyway back to the game...
is it me or i can't buy/take sword from buddies???
imean i can take small thing like axe and daggers from the inventory of a dead guy
but there is also main weapons(swords) lies near the body but i can't pick them up even if my icon show me i can pick it up...i think it's a bug...dunno

as far as I can tell, you can only wear 3 swords
1 silver and 2 steel swords
so maybe you already have 2 steel ones and want to pick up a thrid on?

Nope...i have 1 steel sword and 1 small axe...

This game is pretty demanding on your computer, I think the majority of my slowdowns come from only 1 gig of ram, as it constantly pauses when cut-scene's start to "catch up" and sometimes the games audio lags behind as a result or the game has to rush the animations to get back on track.
Still, I really like the game, my only complaint is the camera and movement is odd and takes a bit to get used to. I like the over the shoulder camera, or even the low view one, the default high view is really bad you can barely see your surroundings, I feel like I'm staring at the ground the whole time.

Yeah, don't use the isometric cameras, they suck. Over the shoulder is the way to go!!

hey is it normal that the sound i get with my soundblaster x-fi isn't great? (xp)
maybe i must update the drivers?
also is it better to use only mouse or mouse + keyboard?

i meant tomorrow sorry but just wondering what bugs they found since i haven't encountered a thing other then one crash that happened after 2 hours of gameplay:)
just one thing how do i meditate whenever i want i mean raise the level of the character?

anyone have problems with cut scenes? game runs flawless but when it comes to cut scune it stutters... wtf :/
AMD 64 3800+ ~2.7Ghz, 2GB Ram, GF 7800gs + bliss 512 RAM...

whats a good way to kill those damn ghouls in the crypt?
since i cant get a silver sword currently i was thinking of just using necrophagic oil - i do have the formula but im not able to make Oil yet. how do i get that ability?

I just used Aard sign and finished em in 1 hit pretty much.

The best way I found to kill any given creature was to first buy the book about that type of creature to learn about it's abilities and weaknesses plus any extra ingredients such as Ghoul Blood.
Ghouls are weak against the usual tactics against undead but since you lack a silver sword wich is particularly effective against magic and undead beings you will have to rely on special oils or just brute force as they are weak against the strong combat style and the fire sign found in the same crypt also proved usefull.
