I don't know why everyone is so excited about it... They did it in PES6 too with the only difference the shirt didn't really "pulled". You run next to the guy with the ball, and automaticly pulls his shirt.

There was no shirt pulling in pes6 I never saw them, maybe it looked like crap or didn't look like shirt pulling at all. I made at least twenty runs and didn't saw any shirt pulling, I will try it by using just the R1 button since the ai runs all the time anyway.

You're right, it looked like crap, but still the player chasing the one with the ball pulled him when was near. The difference was that the shirt didn't really pulled. You couldn't see it but that's what it was.

You just move and hold the stick to the side you want the ball to swerve to while pressing the shoot/lob button.

The amount of misinformation I received in the last couple of days is fucking amazing, everywhere you go there is some smart ass with a new button combination but I finally found the right one, so to pull the shirt of your fellow opponent the RIGHT combo is R1+L2! Witch I found odd sense L2 is the strategy button and isn't used for anything really, other than strategy sets, I managed to pull it off a couple of times but it doesn't work every time seems to be quite sensitive about something, either the player, position or something else and it doesn't seem to have a big effect the player didn't fall or anything..

It's hard to dismiss that possibility, the only way to know for sure would be an official confirmation from konami or a piggyback guide.

I also believe's it goes automaticly.
I did it with diff buttons, and they all gave me the same results.
The best is just to use your body against opponents with r2.
U can push em away like that.

Damn man! It's automatic... maybe if you press the pass button does it more often because that botton makes the player get closer to the one with the ball, but that's all.

How do you perform the new 'quick free kick' and how can I change the number of footballers in 'the wall' when the opponent is shooting the free kick?

Your first question is something I wanna know too. Cause it's suppose to be clicking the passing button, but when there's no player near the ball it's impossible to take them there.

Not sure on the first one, just press the buttons like a wild man.
Second question - hold L1 and then use the D-Pad up and down arrows to adjust the numbers of men.

To change the number of people in the wall you have to press L2 and direction buttons up and down, not very useful except for decreasing the number of footballers in the wall when the free kick is far away.
The quick free kick should be L1+R1 i have not tested this yet but I was asking about the 'shooting qucik free kick' not the 'passing quick free kick' like the trick Giggs did against some french team he took a shot at the goal before the wall was set up, you can do this because the referee comes and asks the player after every foul in range of the goal do you want a quick or normal free kick, if the player says quick then he can just shoot immediately if he says normal than the referee will go threw the whole procedure of measuring nine meters from the spot to the wall and the player has to wait for the referee's signal before he can shoot.
