Does anyone know of a free restart application I can use to test a startup issue?
Basically Im looking for an app that will run when Windows boots up and then after a very short period of time, restart the machine and do this continously until it is disabled.
I have found one called ShutDownOne and after trying this, I can say it would do the job nicely. It works by idle time so if there is no keyboard or mouse use after a set number of minutes, the machine restarts. However ShutDownOne is not free and once the machine has restarted, the trial window pops up which prevents the continuous auto restart. Then I have to click the Try button before it will restart automatically again. Obviously this is no good since it needs to be unattended and continuously restarting.
I have tried a couple of others but they just restart the machine at a set time and obviously there is no cycle afterwards. It would also need to be Vista compatible.
Any help, ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
