Did you choose speed king? |
There are aids on in the demo even with speed king, when I brake and turn the ABS light starts burning, also saw the TC light burning...

Well reinstalling the demo didn't help me get world shadows. The game just seems to completely ignore this option. (Although I get shadows on my laptop).
Also the game just keeps ignoring my difficulty setting randomly. It doesn't care that I have chosen king level in the options and I choose it at the beginning of the race, I still get those stupid driving assists and can't reach normal speeds.
Screw you guys. I'm going home.

I have that it goes smooth. But i have that it have some stutters. So its smooth and a little stutter.
What could be the problem.

asus pw5 DH

Who cares how it runs, game is crap.
Worse handling than any of the underground clones. Damage is bs, unless you total your car it has near no impact on car handling and you can't even skip stupid pre-start sequence with most annoying commentary ever.

I gotta aggree with you on the not beeing able skipp the pre-start crap, the handling isn't that bad if you use a (xbox)controller
I'll give the full version a chance when it get's out on the net tho :O

Demo was great only flaw I have is the lack of EA Trax announcement during the race... They kind a skipped that in Carbon aswell :/

Shit! the demo only allows me to go at 1280x1024, and my max resolution is 1400x1050!
Anyone knows a workaround or something?
Btw the game looks fantastic...

Ok, i tried look out for a savegame file, but i dont dont see it anywhere!
Lets see if theres something in registry..thx for the advice.

I found where nfs saves settings, it is on registry, i tried to change to 1400x1050, but the fucking game reset my resolution everytime i start the game, i cant set it to that resolution....
EA = crap

just installed the latest drivers the 169.04 but looks the same, this is not right lol Pentium D 2.8Mhz with 2Gb ram and a 7600GT and i cant play this game in the minimum settings? lol is this possible? OMG

just installed the demo and it looks great and feels good:) but where the hell is the car crashes we all saw in the trailers?
i hope there are crashes like promised in the full version, or maybe i missed something in the demo?

yea mate..i did ,but all i got is line reports about what been damaged..no visuals. |
