Okay, this might be a long shot, im merely asking here, nothing else 
I want to buy either BF2142 or Quake Wars.
But i want to try them out, full versions, on legit servers. Just to get that exact feeling and gameplay of the fullversion.
I recently downloaded ET:QW and played on a LAN direct connect server, and had some great fun. But theres often lack of players, and i really hate that.
And a friend say that BF2142 is much more fun than QW. So i dont know.
So, what im asking is, does anyone want to lend me, or let me try out QW/2142 with their account or whatever? Yeah, i know what youre thinking, but i cant do anything else than to swear on my grandmothers grave that all i want to do is try the games online. Feel free to PM me or add me on msn or whatever,

Quake Wars all the way m8.
BF2142 = Boring, you fall asleep after 20 minutes of play
ETQW = Pure undiluted ultra fun, just need to stick with it and get use to it, there is so much stuff in this game it will make your mind boggle. Splash damage listen to their fans and deliver in their updates, the latest being 1.2 which I think is awesome. Just £17 from Play.com

Got to say (based solely on the EQ beta..) I prefer 2142 by far! I only play with friends though generally, as that adds a lot to the game. EQ was just too DM for me.

HA! Quake wars has only been out for a couple months and is already about to stomp them all.
What I don't get is why you all keep comparying 2142 to Quake Wars, their both completely different style FPS's. If you don't like one but the other good for you. It's like comparing tetirs to the witcher. The only thing those 2 games have in common are you shoot guns and their in the future.

It was, it's not popular anymore, so there hardly isn't any. Now everyone is hacking QW ;P When Crysis comes out they'll go there.

WTF, I register @ Zest but when I triy to login it says wrong password. I checked, rechecked and double-checked that I type in the correct stuff from the confirmation letter. WTF?!
P.S. I bought BF2 and something else from them 1-2 years ago when they were a small shitty online shop without any registration and other crap.

TF2 I bought on its own from Steam, cost me around £17 the same as ETQW, I played it for a total of about 10 times, then I had had enough, shame I can't flog it.

They are not being compared because they have large maps and vehicles. I was saying that as a game, BF2142 is better, just like I can say UT3 as a game is better than EE3. Both are completely different games (even genres), but still one is much more fun (to me) than the other.
