I've tried to run the game 3 times and it just boots to a black screen for me.
NTSC machine. Any other NTSC's having problems?

mini review:
The story of the game looks amazing.
The gameplay was lil bit frustrating in the beginning. The camera point is hard to get into, but after 3 missions you will get used to it.
Well I am now on mission 5 and going to play the rest this weekend

Will waste my time on COD4 online and AC this weekend.

Once again all credit to the PAL release groups, they are the best.
Hopefully mass effect will show up soon but nobody can complain this month its a feast of gaming quality, cant wait for UT3 on pc either.

Burned again and I get either a DDE or just a black screen. I have never experienced this with another release. Did I miss a FIX patch?

Well I've played it for about 3 hours now and I can say that I am NOT totally blown away, I find a lot of it to be totally boring. The Horse riding is un-necessary and tedius. The tutorial does take an age and is far too drawn out for what are essentially pretty easy control mechanics. There is no real sense of peril when free running as Altair seems to latch onto anything in sight. Prince of persia it is not. You have to fall pretty far onto stone to do yourself any mischief.
The story is odd and I feel they should have just stuck to the history and fucked off the sci-fi element that is annoying.
The game IS beautiful, but there is slow down, tearing and glitches occasionally. Think they bit off a bit more than they could chew with this one.
I was expecting a lot lot more from this. I will continue tomorrow and hopefully it will get better, for now though I'm one unhappy bunny.
