Anyone running vista > dumb period.
So many stupid noob people on these forums now, farcry was a game that improved with new tech crysis is the same you whinging noobs.
It's just little kids or grown up kids crying because their q6600 and 8800gt/gtx can't max it.
Welcome to a game that is not meant to be maxed yet on current hardware.

Depends on what res you running at. SLi provides more power for higher res, not for your typical 1024x1280... |

You can put like four of them and it will be choppy...
C'mon people... this is a HIGH-END game and it requires HIGH-END hardware to give you SamsHappyTime-like experience in its highest settings. None of 8xxx is high end these days... I really wonder if 9xxx will be... >.< So stop spilling bullshit here, 20 fps does not mean that its smooth... >.>

Yeah was just throwing something in there. I dont want people to think that runing X amount of 8xxx cards is going to give them "OMGBBQWTF FPS". Sli is for higher res....
You are right. Its been said that most computers will not run this on very high, but until new hardware comes out, people will bitch and spend lots of money of lots of soon to be replaced hardware. |

Oh dear. Just wait for Jan-May 2008 or so. The NV E9 should pop up around then 
Oh, and I am sure there will be new NV drivers out in a coupple of days (official rel is 15-16...so ), hopefully optimized a tad more (wishful thinking)

Hehe I plan on it, ill have enough time to play Crysis this week, pack uniforms and stuff next week, then Im gone till next year  . Good thing is tax free paychecks, which means new rig, new house, and more games!!!!!!! |

Also finished the game on delta difficulty, quite short really.

Yeah, Thanks Rudolph, I shouldn't have let him/her get to me like that. I was just replying to Epsilon about what a great gaming season it is. Anyway, play time is over and Nakitu is ignored FTW!  Must move on to Crysis. I was able to play it with the crack but have not made it to the ship at the end of the Demo yet. I am running at 1280x1024, no AA, everything high except shadow quality is at low and I am getting 30FPS from FRAPS. Not good enough really. I ran it with Shaders at low it was smooth as silk but everything looked like crap. So I am trying to find the happy medium. What a powerhouse game! Great to say the least though. I grabbed a guy by throat in a garage and threw him through the wall while in Strength mode! Sweet game! Maybe, just maybe a patch will optimize it a little bit!? X fingers!

a couple of months ago I was still on dualboot -> XP / Vista... but the performance difference in games became so slim I just dumped XP... but whatever...

do you get better "batteries" or whatever they are called for the nanosuit in the game ?
the nanosuit in the demo runs out of juice way too fast for my tastes and i recall from an interview ages ago that you did get better "batteries".
just need to know if its still in the game
