Is this game in any way like that Conan Game that got released quite a while ago? Because this thingie was quite good to play back then. (You had to adopt different strategies on the various bosses and so on.)

Jesus, not a single review on gamespot for any of the 4 platforms, that's the problem with pirated games they come out to soon and you don't know what they are like.

It feel rather similar but there's also a few "action" sequences where you need to push the arrow keys or the WSAD keys together in a specific combination to for example finish of a enemy or issue orders to your fellow soldiers.

Here's the first real monster you encounter early in the game (It's nearly the first thing you kill.), not that difficult as such but you need to time those arrow key combinations when it's down to grab ahold of it and climb up and break it's horn off and then use said horn to stab the monster in the eye or slash the creature open in order to fully kill the beast.







(That red tint is due to my character going berserk, indicated by that glowing orb near his health, costs a bit of health to use as well albeit you regenerate after a while.)

You also need to issue orders during a storm shortly afterwards and this is timed with the WASD keys, had framerate issues in this sequence due to the rain and storm effects so I've given up for now, was impossible to time the sequence.



(The sequence isn't really shown here but it's a spinning dial with marks in it that you have to match with either the W or the S key for long or short commands.)


Oh and the game was multilanguage but I didn't take note of the available languages.
(There were quite a few, ripped them together with the logo videos and saved about a gig of space.)

It's the \Beowulf\Game\Language and \Beowulf\Game\Sound_Bin_PC folders. Smile

well that wouldn't be very wise would it Laughing ...the game would be still running in real time, so you would experience a veeeery slow slideshow Smile...and without a protective suit you would burn up if you move'd a little faster, because in real time you would be as fast as Superman...so think twice about time shifting Very Happy

Its broken.

With 1.01 patch using rld crack, it freezes every time in act 2 right after you open the circular door via your thanes and bust open the wooden barricade. It hard freezes my system every time. Tried disabling hardware sound and using software, still freezes.

I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

It freezes for me aswell, already after the tutorial. One hardware freeze, one Just-In-Time Debugger crash. I enjoyed the tutorial with the xbox360 controller though, I hope it's just a bad crack or something like that.

Damn it, it just memory-froze at me again... in the menu! I just sat there and had a mate on the phone and all of a sudden the music froze and I had to hard-reboot.

Mini-review: Tutorial was fun with a controller, don't think it plays well with keyboard though, but maybe someone else can share his experience there.

I would just google for pics, but i swear everytime it's a game that comes out for multiple platforms the pics are always just from X360.

Its an ok game a bit like Return of The King but with alot more button mashing and tons of gore. But there are no flying limbs or heads, just massive bloodsprays. It also seems quite difficult to me. There are also climb passages like in Prince Of Persia. I'm not far into the game yet, final judgement is to come later.
Its buggy too, whenever I get into the water it starts to stutter like mad.

im having a weird prob. it says press space to start at start menu, but i press space and nothing happens, i couldnt even skip the 6 intro movies in the beginning..


anyone having a problem ?
