Some of the later enemies that you kill are equipped with SMG's, pick it up prior to talking to your daughter, get stocked on ammo.
When it's time to kill the driver just shoot at the glass until it breaks.

hey spykez, heres a good tip:
 Spoiler: | Climb on top of the van next to the hole jenny is inside, and when the driver is coming back down the ramp unload on the window til it breaks and from there its easy picking. Just make sure you have collected all the SMG ammo before u go down the hole/start cutscene. |

this game is cool:) not crap like erea 51 lol
well..graphic is sometimes great and sometimes old, but in overall visuals are cool.
gameplay is nice and intrested and i think i like this game..played for about 2 hours and its nice:)
i use cpu 6550 c2d 2.3 ghz and 2gb ram and 8800gts 320mb and i run this one on 1024x768 with everything max.
no crashes, no problems, run smooth like babie's ass;)

i use this driver and no problem, i finished this chapter already..its the one with the safe, right?
i forgot to mantion that i hate the explotions in this game...kinda crapy explotions. |

The game "encounters a problem and needs to close" instantly after I run it with the crack. Anyone else have this problem?
Edit: Reinstalled and I have the same problem. Without the crack, even with Securom emulation on, I get "Wrong CD/DVD" and with the crack I get "kanelynch.exe encountered a problem and must close."
Intel Quad Core 2.4 ghz
Nvidia 8800 GTS 640 MB

Ok lol now it worked. I have no fucking idea why but I changed exactly 2 things so one of them caused the crash.
1st, I changed the key configuration to default
2nd, I changed the Sound Render (Audio menu) from OpenAL HW to Directsound HW.
One of those two was causing the crash. (if that helps anybody with the same problem)

Don't work for me, still crashing

I uninstalled and reinstalled and set everything to defaults and the game still crashes on me... It even keeps past games but doesn't say where it keeps them...
I keep getting a runtime error of R6025 - pure virtual function call
I checked out this error but couldn't find anything to the poing of fixing it...

Well there's definitely something wrong with the launcher, or the recent beta nvidia drivers (169.09) and this game. It works fine for bout an hour or so, but it still suddenly comes to a crawl then eventually locks up. It certainly isn't a heat issue, as no other games have any problems (CoD4, GoW, Crysis, etc). I'm running rivatuner 2.06 to make sure the fan runs at 100% as well. /shrug
Just wait for another crack perhaps, or future driver revisions. Very fun game though. I'm extremely dissapointed at how short it is.

This game has one of the worst optimized graphic engine ever.
Q6600 8800GTX 4Gb Ram and i have huge slowdowns when there is smoke or some simple light effect. Setting all to low won't help.
