nope, planetside was great when it first came out. This game reminds me of starwars galaxies, only not as good.

I'm not even embellishing. There really isn't anything to but quests that have you kill things, and while running to quest locations, shooting more things. Every battle is the same. None of the skills make much difference, if you even bother with them. This game has NO substance. Why can't anyone do the sci-fi genre correctly?  |
same reason no one does a proper western, game developers are too busy milking current franchises or WWII games cause they lack any creativty to come up with something good. The milked franchises and WWII games already have their story, so all they gotta do is put it on a new engine, make some models and release it and people suck it's dick. |

wow, makeing a decent mmo seems impossible these days...they all just so boring and not very interesting...
Our only hope is WAR
I also have another hope..Relic's MMO in the Warhammer 40k universe, but thats along way ahead. But like Blizzard they havent made any mmo's but they make some of the worlds best if not the best strategy games with Dawn of War and Compnay of Heroes, both scream quality and polish. Hopefully they will translate some of that into thier new MMO.

WAR, regretfully, will be WoW with the emphasis on PvP instead of PvE.
Take a look at Pirates of the Burning Sea though. Perhaps Chronicles of Spellborn.

I played both WAR and PotBS and they both suck. I'm sick and tired of MMOs so that might add to why I think they suck.

I'm glad I didn't, usually I'm not one for second hand opinions, but based on various user reviews and opinions on forums and what not, the game is absolutely horrible.
Also eve online now comes with Linux and OSX client, another reason for me to stay with what I know

I played the beta for a few days. I really wasn't impressed. I am pretty sure when i quit the beta the game was due out less then 2 weeks later, so i am thinking it probably still sucks.
Sorry for the lack of reasons but I just didn't enjoy the game, it didn't suck me in at all. That crappy 2moons free MMO was literally more entertaining for me then Tabula Rasa.

I am playing RF Online ATM right now...
the quests per lvl suck tbh but it is improved...
And Tabula Rasa made my day since I was lvl 15 in beta and they rewarded me with 10 or 15 days free gaming next to my free month and monthly gaming card.. so I am as happy as I can be ^^
Tabula Rasa has a top 5 place for me
I love the button where you can switch to zoomed 3rd person mode

there isnt much high end content for now, just like with most released MMORPGs, i hope they add it soon or little later, though im not much far in game.

Anyone had any luck with playing this shit? I entered trial key and made TR account, installed and patched client, and when I wanna login I get a nice "invalid login/password" message.
EDIT: And now I keep getting "you have been disconnected from the server". What a joke of a trial. They have 3 days to prove some players that this game is worth buying and they can't even do it right.
