Not really sure if people out of states eat it but I'm making some kraft mac n cheese and was thinking about it and all it's glory of yummy and decided I like velveeta mac n cheese better. Has more of a realstic cheese creamyness and you can get it with like, broccoli bits etc.

I second that...

I've been a KD man all my life.
Recently I've been trying those frozen Michelina Mac&Cheese, They're a little pricey and not much to eat but they're quick and tasty.
The Western Family brand knockoffs are not bad either, little cheaper and just as tasty.

I'll always love mac n cheese. I normally get Kraft cause it's cheaper but velveeta and it's creamy cheese is yum.

North american thing I think, I used to love it, I am trying to eat healthier so I've given my Mac and cheese to the food bank.
Now if only I could avoid other pastas.

especially since every single kind of pasta comes in whole grain now |
isnt most stuff like that now? whole grain and or trans fat free?
KFC even changed there chicken. Have you noticed? Not as good without the trans fat eh? Least I think so. Doesnt taste as salty and stuff. Blander now

not really. even the 'whole wheat' buns at Subway are refined wheat and not even whole grain. you can still buy all of the same refined white flour bread, pasta etc, you actually specifically have to buy 'whole grain' products if you want them.
no matter what KFC does with trans fat doesn't exactly make it better for you. it is actually kind of misleading. basically trans fat free = poison free. so just because there aren't things that are ridiculously bad for you in it, doesn't mean it is anywhere close to healthy. can you imagine if they changed their slogan to "KFC - now 100% poison free!" ... doesn't exactly have the same ring to it
any diet high in fat (especially, but not limited to, trans fat) and refined flour and sugar, coupled with a lack of exercise = recipe for diabetes. no wonder it is epidemic in this country. |
Oh, i know KFC still isnt good for you. But I fuckin love it. And I excercise so I work off the fat.
You dont like KFC?

Yes, I like KFC. I try really hard not to eat it though, but I do have it from time to time (I'm a Spicy Big Crunch man).
I'm fucking scared shitless of developing diabetes. Once your kidneys fail (and they will), you have to go to the hospital for hours EVERY single day to have your blood filtered and cleaned. Not a good way to live out the end of your life imo.

diabetes isnt the end of the world. My mother and grandmother have had diabetes for years. As long as you watch what you eat and all that stuff, you can live a normal life
