Was on the pc and my net just went off. I thought weird. Checked the modem and i noticed the pc activity light was off, which is strange when its their side it generally leaves that on.
So I checked the PC lights at the back where the RJ 45 light flickers. It was off. Restarted my PC after checking the network settings.
Nothing.
I restarted and all was well.
In all the years of using a PC I;ve never had that. btw the pc is connected without a router. Direct.
Strange huh.

Its the Gremlins...they been at it again...or the "Gray" ones, you know, the guys with the big black almond shaped eyes. They do that all the time my end. That is if they don't simply come through the wall and take me to their brightly lit room with the ice cold examiners table...and does unearthly things...I can't say more  ...but I feel tainted and dirty now...

well i think the only ubr's for newcastle are in benwell and gateshead it doesnt mean you live in benwell
