I thought he was far better in the pursuit of happyness, the acting in this one was rigid.. Some of the lines just felt forced, like he was only saying them..
Overall it was a good movie, had me on the edge of my seat during the first half hour or so (because I was expecting the fucking mutants, but they never came.. lol)
Because everyone reads these amirite.

| Spoiler: | Was I the only one who felt sad as hell watching this movie? the scene where hes crying at the mannequin just to say hello to him. I felt so despair filled. It was an awesome scene. And also the scene where sam dies too. It was like losing hope. |

The Movie is really well made, before I began to watch it I was expecting a action/horror movie, but instead it was a strong and outstanding psychological movie.
One cannot see this movie without being amazed and sad by the Will Smith - Sam bond, we all know about the great acting skills of Will Smith, but that dog was a hell of an actor, he perfomed better that very well known actors in hollywood.
the scene were he is holding Sam in his arms and checking for signs of the virus, and then when Sam infection becomes "active" and he has to kill her while looking away, that scene is amazing in it's simplicity.
great movie, not quite a classic but definitly a must see.

Well they totally fucked up Mathesons original thoughts but yea its an average horror film trying to be emotional and stuff. Though nice performance by Will Smith.

If someone likes that theme watch The Omega Man with Charlton Heston cruisin' the city and shooting some cultists (not really zombies, more like albino cultists in sunglasses). AWESOME movie!
Yondaime - Quiet Earth is a definitely a must-see, also The Last Man On Earth is available on torrents (i think in english).
But i really recommend The Omega Man once more. Also Night Of The Comet is nice (with zombies).
