high fever, coughing like mad, can't see straight and occasional stoppage of the vomitus  is the flu not to mention the light headededenesss and the headaches 
i am having a hard time writing
drinking mint tea to stop the coughign :'( but its not helping

It's not the flu. Believe me, if you're anything like me the flu puts me on my back for weeks. Feeling freezing cold and burning up.
I think I have a chest infection. Coughing up green phlegm especially when I've woken up and it's had time to build up in my chest. It's almost an annual event with me being ill at Christmas.
The worst thing about it is I'm out the door tommorow at 6am. Getting the last few presents and some extra food shopping.

 try having a fever of nearing 40
my nose is fucking clogged my throat is sore as fuck i can't swallow properly... drinking hurts...
i'm sweatomg and getting cold spells my entire body aches

I had something like that around Christmas time awhile back, lasted just short of 20 days. It started out as a flu, then a nasal infection, then a sore throat, went all over the place really just feeling like shit for 3 weeks.
Good thing about it was, after I got over it, I built up a hell of an immunity or something because I didn't get sick again for about 2 straight years.

i hate it when i drink a lot of clear liqour with ice and shit that the next morning i get a sore throat. it's fucking worse than a hangover cause it lasts for like 2 days
hahaha but on a side note that's how i started
sore throat and a fever and coughs on monday
everything (body aches, wanting to puke, constant tiredness (?) and loss of apetite ) came after
get well bro. Right now i think i'm getting better my chest doesn't hurt as much, my thoart is clearing up and my fever has come down
it's a christmas miracle

You have started internet flu... I can breathe normally, my nose hurts as hell, it's kinda red (I look like one of Santas reindeer), luckily I don't have fever, but the head is killing me... And it's finally snowing, and I can't go out to roll in the snow

I have felt like crap for a while now. First I felt like crap and was tired. Then I felt great. Super great with lots of energy even tho I was a big ball of stress. It was werid. And I was really REALLY happy. Now I feel like crap again but not as crappy as before

i drank soo much yesterday ice codl shit (my throat is killing me) slept in the 1st foor if you could call it the first floor for my sisters house the part where no one usually sleeps in. All the rooms were taken they forgot to turn on the heaters for that part of the house went to sleep at 1 (talked to mai girl who read ts eliot to me ova tha phone  [her voice is too hot ]) woke up at 4 all drunk and buzzed out of my mind. Dressed up ( yes even tho it was freezing i slept in my undies n in a tee) I get all dressed and all and what do you know... the heater comes on at 5... and i'm flipping out thinking i'm sweating profoundly. That my fever came back. that this. that that. it was just omg omg omg omg
now i can't stop coughing but the fever is gone and all the flu-ish symptoms are gone! YAAAY! More drinking tonight but in my house
