@ chiv ... well i didn't ever liked miami vice so i can understand your dislike, regarding death proof however i have never seen it and i have no intention of doing so, for d-war ... since i see nearly everything that is fantasy/horror/sci-fi, i will surely watch d-war, i cannot resist, it's just like the desire to play nearly any rpg out there, it's uncontrollable ... i already foresee your "i told you" when i'll post my impression
*****
Urban Legend (http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0146336/) : 5/10 ... yawn standard thriller movie

no movie will ever be truly 10/10 nor 1/10 because movie taste and genre is different for everyone. I guarantee you even 2 fans of the same genre will have different tastes.

Death Sentence: 7.5/10
good movie. I saw complains about the movie being half drama/half action. I think it reflects perfectly what was happening to main character(first normal family man, then a crazy badass)
Sig too big.

3:10 to yuma
was a decent film, but it got pretty silly at the end... also no film in the past 10 years, has been this incredibly predictable.
6/10

3:10 To Yuma - 8/10 - Very good western. It's about the characters and the journey, not the end.

That's because it's a remake of a 50 year old movie, what do you want them to do, change the ending for something a bit more contemporary just for you!

i know its a remake, but what the does what you said have anything to do with what i said? if the original was just as predictable and had an ending just as silly as this one, how does that have any bearing on my comment? and that 'more contemporary' statement is just rediculous, i dont even know why you threw that in there, how does that have any relivance to what i said?

Gone Baby Gone -- 9/10 -- one of the best I've seen in the kidnapping genre
I Am Legend -- 8/10 -- entertaining, and like was said many times, the dog was awesome
Saw IV -- 6/10 -- same shit different pile ... autopsy scene was fun
Mr. Woodcock -- 6/10 -- had its moments, but pretty mediocre overall
War -- 7/10 -- was in the mood for an action flick when I watched it so I probably liked it more than I should have

because you compared it to every film made in the last 10 years, even though it's a 50 year old story making it 40 years younger at least than every film in the last 10 years. You may want to re-read your comment

saw 4: 2.5/10
what a load of crap! bad acting, bad plot, bad ending, poor movie.
the first saw movie wasw absolutely great,
the second movie was alot more "gorish" and still nice movie to pass the time,
the third movie was a total mess,
and the fourth movie is a crap!
i hoenstly hope there isnt fifth movie in the making.

Saw V (sorry, couldn't help myself)
There's nobody forcing you to watch it, you know? Personally I jumped off the Saw-bandwagon after Saw 2.
The Golden Compass 2/10 - CGI eye candy movie, no plot, sparse dialogue, silly as hell.
I Am Legend 4/10 - I loved the look of the desolate Manhattan, however I cannot forget the piss poor plot and the bad creature design. Rip off of both Blade2 (creature design) and 28 Days Later (cough cough, they even called them infected). Personally I think the best actor in the movie was Sam the dog. Really not up to standards at all.

Didn't John Kramer die in Saw III? Why do I keep seeing Tobin Bell in the credits?

Spoiler: | Saw 4 is played out at the same time as saw 3 (kinda like a side story). And there is flashbacks ala lost from b4 saw 1. |
