hm, i liked casino royale. at first i thought daniel craig would be a terrible bond cause he looks kinda fugly.. but after all, it was pretty cool. so i'm gonna look that movie ^^
I think, too, Sean Connery was the greatest Bond ever! He was so cool, smart, smooth.. dunno.. he was just... Bond
Does anyone know why they had no "Q" dude in Casino Royale? Or did I miss something? Cause I'm pretty sure I would remember John Cleese |

casino royale was a reboot of the series where hes a brand new 'rough edged' agent... so he doesnt have access to the 'cool shit' yet.. which is also why all the neat gadgets were missing from the film 
but next film should hopefully see him getting some good stuff finally, and hookin up with q... atleast i HOPE he finally does... the bond/q bits were always a high point in virtually every bond film.

Yeah from one of his short stories, I just think it's a totally inappropriate title for a bond film.
As far as I can tell it relates to how a relationship deteriorates if you don't get a "Quantum of Solace", i.e. A short reprieve of comfort in times of distress. I just don't see how thats relevant to bond. His relationship is already dead, now he needs to crack some skulls. Besides it just reads as abstruse for the sake of it.
It could even be called Casino Royale 2 and that would be better then this pretentious crap.
