Just disabling the IDE channel that my DVD-ROM is on in the device manager works for me...

YAY - it worked for me - without even rebooting or unplugging my cables!
but the damn game won't recognize my ms ff wheel - ARGHH! It has a ff option, but it's grayed out. My other racing games DO use the ff wheel correctly. That's the only reason I wanted to play it, cause I already have the XBOX version.
Without the pc version's ability to use the wheel - the XBOX ver is much better.
With the PC ver, the steering is very touchy. If you even touch the left or right arrow key, the wheels skid a bit.

damn..the device manager disabling won´t work for me..says: don´t find disk...it would been a lot of easier than rebootting & unplugging cables.. do people think crackers are ever able to pass starforce 3 protection..or is there any starforce 3 games cracked out there..just wondering

Kill Switch? Wasn't that SF3?
Breed? or Kreed? Can't Remember which.
Those are just a few. I'm sure there's more SF3 cracked games out there.

if there is allready sf3 games cracked..killswitch/breedor kreed and maybe other as u mentioned..why can´t they crack toca race driver 2 I wonder..

From reading other posts on this subject - i believe it is due to the fact that Toca RD2 uses a later edition of SF3 and heavier encryption than those other games.
They just keep making it harder to crack.

burn the toca r d 2 with alcohol 120% work fine.
nero dosn't allow more than 4.5 Go with 4.7 blank DVD's, and you can set the DVD advanced option in Nero to more but this will not work use alcohol to burn DVD's it's ok.

Sorry, i don't anderstand your problem i have burned this image as game CD with alcohol. on 4.7 dvd+r install from dvd, unplug cd & dvd drive and play with mini image on virtual drive.

(so much for mighty SF),got only one question is there any way that i can burn this image cause i tried with nero but it say capasity of my DVD+r is not enough i got Philips416n DVD+RW burner & i tried all kinda DVD's but maximum capasity they have is 4,480 gb & image about 4,5gb missing only 20mb,is there any way can i burn it somehow or i have to keep it on HD.
