I resurrected this thread because I was looking for recommendations for good puzzle games.
I adore sudoku, but so many sudoku games are designed poorly, having few features and a cumbersome interface. Sudoku Pro by Dualogy is probably the best implementation that I've seen.
Sudoku Puzzle Generator is the best I've found for Killer Sudoku (and some other interesting variants). Pretty good for playing plain vanilla sudoku too.
Simon Tatham has some interesting games in his puzzle collection. But my favourite, by far, is 'Loopy', an implementation of Slitherlink. You can find hundreds of Flash versions of this game online, but Loopy beats them all in terms of features and playability.
