From the beta, it's wasn't bad at all. Running speed was a bit low, but I think they changed it since beta. And drones are fun lol. Having one of those small ones that go beneath vehicles and explode a tank with it is so great... Very Happy

"If we had seen this game released a year ago we'd be singing a different tune as there are moments when you're repelling a massive enemy force across a monstrous battlefield that you can't help but define as "cool" but it doesn't separate itself enough from the shadow of the giants of our industry to cross the void from being a "good" to a "great" solo experience."

LOL those dorks compare this game to Halo 3 and Battlefield 2 xbox360 version and say that halo is better then any other Fps , because it set to much high standards Laughing

This whole review is crap , the main concept of this game was to bring a game based on the concept of Battlefield to the consoles and thats IT

If you didn't like the IGN review then there's some more reviews available via MetaCritic.
(Scores range between 70 and 86 percent and includes a few magazines and websites.)

that line would only be acceptable if 1) It was being said by parallax or 2) IF the game actually needed it instead of just being due to shitty optimization

so the game runs at 30fps on xbox 360 on a tri-core 6 thread cpu and on pc it runs at 60fps on a dual core 2 thread cpu and thats shitty optimization eh

its unreal engine 3 what did you expect exactly? great engine on pc, every single game that uses it runs at 60fps locked as opposed to their console counterparts which have trouble holding a steady 30

It doesn't require a 5000+ processor, it recommends it. And it's a good, true recommendation, since the recommended specs of most recent games only ensure good framerates at medium settings, which is bullshit. 'Recommended' used to be the requirement to run a game like that at high settings.

I agree, i just can't be assed or even afford to keep up with new game requirements of late.
Just too expensive, wtf do they think we are?
Millionaires?i sure ain't
They need to optimise the pc games more that would trim down the requirements 10 fold.

i believe it will happen only if or when they all stop producing all new hw each six month and that probably will never happen

after all pc was always about upgrading each year at least
to keep up with new games, altho sometimes if not most of the time they look worse than hw they demanding it run on

in any case ppl should've realised by now that pc became more like a hobby
sort of like street racing, if u want to keep up get better rig
otherwise buy console once every 6-7 years strictly for games and stop bitching Wink

It's probably the Eduke port with 3d Models and some added graphical stuff, like higher res textures. I don't know for sure, though.
