You probably haven't played Planescape Torment. One of the best RPGs ever AND a story which could be an excellent book.

Highly unlikely. I doubt there are more than 200. And, in any case, I just wanted to show that Daggerfall doesn't have only "procedurally generated boredom".

I bought Oblivion Collector's Edition in 2006, played it for about a week and then got rid of it.
HORRIBLE framerate. One of the worst.

I can't stop playing this what the hell is wrong with me!? The graphics are only mediocre, the short view distance is annoying and there are definitely balance issues. I think the reason is that I kick ass, not due to supreme skills or anything, just that I play like a bastard. Planting auto turrets in the enemy base, mining all their vehicles when no-one is in them, planting emp towers in impossible to reach nooks, ramming them with c4 loaded jeeps, glitching into unassailable sniping spots etc. etc.
There are so many gameplay exploits exploits it's great fun.

Yeah I am, single player isn't half as fun. I mean wheres the satisfaction in gimping a bot.

For a game primarily designed with a multiplayer experience specifically in mind, the single player campaign is surprisingly good.

Finally getting some blank discs tomorrow and after reading the comments here, will definitely check this game out. It better not suck lolz

Too bad there are no servers. Thats right folks. NO DEDICATED SERVERS. Not a single one for either version. Thats right ... that 64 player lagfest you were trying to shoot someone in a minute ago was being hosted by a 10 year old kid with DSL.
I guess it could be the matchmaking server or what have you, but I was a little flabbergasted when I heard that the PC version would not allow for dedicated servers either.

There are Kaos dedicated servers, quite a few in fact, at least for the 360 version anyway. Also the "no longer available" error has been patched.
