Works flawlessly, until it crashes. It's interesting to see if AMD guys get crashes as well... I remember SC:DA had problems with nV hardware, while AMD (then ATi) hardware ran it relatively without major issues.

AMD Phenom 9600, 8800GTS 640mb, 2gb, 169.06

Also have random crashes.

BUT!

I can run it on my other machine, amd 3800+ 8600gt 1 gig ram without a crash, wierd cause according to there specs i should not be able to even play it on this machine yet i can and i have not crashed once with it. not even dual core. I am on diffrent driver version though 169.21. but been at for quite a while and never crashed yet.

dont make sense but in case i thought i would post my experience with it so far

Lol same here: 3500+ GF6800GT AGP (forceware 171.23)!! and i'm not supposed to play the game but i can play it on low with 1024x768 and it always stays above 25FPS. My 3500 is no dual core and AGP cards are also not supported if i read the readme. Havent have a crash till now (but i'm not realy far just walking around in some kind of town.

Good news.

Not really, because if clone crashes (which is the source), every proper and real.proper and wtfbbq.another.real.proper.proper.of.real.proper-vitality will crash as well. New source is needed.

i think UbiSoft leaked it & gave a bad copy of the game to release gorups to make you addict to the game so you will later buy it after you tried to get it work and don't want to waste your time again for trying to run the cracked or clone versions...

that's a marketing gag

edit: tried to improve my english

I think the same. All this was just an Ubisoft marketing strategy. They released this early copy only to increase hype.

In Procyon version too. So there is no hope. We have tried a demo. I just hope the saves will work the final release at the end of the month.
