Looking forward to it, TS2 was ok, just two major annoyances, having to play from the top of the screen during single player and cut scenes after every single damn point, fix those two things, flesh out the career mode and it could be a classic Smile

Good to hear it's making a return... And yeah the only annoyance I had with part 2 is why they took out the instant replay and instead just gave us dumb player expressions. If they bring back replays and maybe throw in some more risk shots, I'll be a happy virtual grand slammer..

I wonder why they're doing a sequel now. How are they planning to improve TS2 on the same hardware generation? With graphics that are just a tiny bit better? I smell EA Sports behaviour!

it's like why valve making sequels for HL2 using dx9 when dx10 cards been out for 2 years

Games are so much more than just graphics, there's the overall gameplay to improve, career mode to improve, plenty of things that can be improved.

Well they've ruined it for me. Its a lot more simmy that the previous efforts. You now have to hold the button for power like TS2 but you have to release the button when the ball bounces to swing and it just feels totally alien for a tennis game. The game lasted 10 mins in my drive and i dought it will ever spin again Sad I can't take much more dissapointment.....First civilisation thenworld super bikes then alone in the dark and now this. Theres one last hope though , bring on Beijing 2008 Smile

No problems here with the controls, two presses for taking a shot becomes second nature in about 10 mins, me's happy with it Smile

control mechanism is tough but at least it's fairly unique Smile it's kinda fun getting the hang of it.

IMO it's pretty easy to get the basics down, really not sure where all the complaints are coming from, at least it's not as unresponsive and clunky as Prizefighter Wink

agree, controls are retarded... lost that feel of holding that button for a powershot deep baseline...
