To Kill a King (1993) 8/10 (story of Cromwell and Halifax and the Eng Revolution)
Historically correct and pretty good acting.

Before The Devil Knows You're Dead 9/10 - Excellent low-key drama about a heist gone wrong and the consequences that follow. Masterly done by Sidney Lumet, told in a non-linear fashion at different times and through different people. With Philip Seymor Hoffman, Ethan Hawke, Albert Finney, and Marisa Tomei.

Matchstick Men (2003) 9.5/10
Bloody brilliant Ridley Scott/Nicolas Cage film! (maybe Cage's best, at least what I have seen)

The Mist 3/10 - Another bad Steven King's adaptation (yeah I have a few great on my list), of which there are too many. Boring, pretentious, and flat-beat is the only way to describe this dull movie about a mist that fluxes inwards over a small city, where the inhabitants are forced to wait in a supermarket for the mist to pass. Turns out it is a military experiment with tentacles, bugs, and spiders.
Give me Eight-legged Freaks any day over this - at least that one was a bit funny.

The Mist 9/10 - Gets better thru the end, which was excellent.
Southland Tales wtf/10 (ok, 7/10) - Pretty fucked up story.

Enchanted 1/10
You know it is a bad movie when they all of a sudden go on a shoping spree and the girl says: Is this how it feels like going shoping with a mom?

Shooter 8.5/10

I was pretty surprised seeing this movie, did not expect much, but its a hell of an action flick, well worth the watch! somehow Bourne springs to mind, at least a bit

Hm...sex scenes? I think U mean "Shoot em Up" or ?
"Shooter" is with Mark Wahlberg, ex USMC sniper that gets accused of trying to kill the US President. If you haven't seen it DO! its a super action movie...like my above post says

Apocalypto 8.5/10
http://imdb.com/title/tt0472043/
Did not see it when it came out...I guess I should have. Got a bit of time to watch stuff as i am home sick...prob SARS or Bird Flue
Final Fantasy VII Advent Children 4/10
http://imdb.com/title/tt0385700/
Sorry all Anime fans, can't stand it. Its like a feature length movie using PC/PS2 game cut scenes sequences with 80s electric guitar bonanza as a music backdrop (pretty typical of Japanese anime's)...utter crap. It might be well done and all that, but doesn't help in this case.
