PC gaming is dying a death atm and needs a serious shakeup.

Starcraft 2 will be the best seller of the year and it's a pc only game.

Empire Total War will be one of the big ones for me this year!...unless its pushed to 09 God forbid!

Empire Total War will sell 1/20 of Starcraft 2. You have to consider that every Corean guy will buy the game.

dont expect big sell of SC 2 - now we have day one pacth game period and the trust for PC gaming is low - take a look at titles released this year - every one had patch in the first week after publishing - few of them are still unplayable ....

If you are alright with oldschool RPGs Eschalon Book 1 is a pretty decent little game. When it comes out, Age of Decadence will also hopefully be a good play. It's heavily influenced by the originial Fallouts and is the first crpg in ages with decent turn based combat. And I can already hear the stupid graphic whores whining.

God I have memories of that, one of the best action RPG's I've ever played. It was so hectic having real time combat, I used to play with a friend controlling the dwarf character and we would play for 6 hour long stretches at a time!

Remember that village where no-one could speak? And you discover something evil is feeding off them. That was the first time a game ever scared me, I was terrified of what the creature would be! Laughing

Did anyone here complete it (Secret of Mana) without cheating? I got to the last boss, the Mana Bird, at the end of the Mana Fortress ,but it kept on owning me with ridiculous attacks no matter what I tried. Plus there was no way to backtrack and level as far as I can remember.

Well thing was with that game that you had to grind exp at a certian point of time, otherwise the game got crazy hard in the end. I remember playing it with a friend, and meanwhile he was at his tennis practises I grinded exp for all the characters, and while I was playing badminton he was doing the same. Did wonders when we came to the last boss!

You're right on that Very Happy WoW has 0 atmosphere. And I don't like to play with strangers, cause all of them are selfish bastards or morons, trying to start a new dungueon at 4 in the morning Laughing

And don't mention the bigger titles like 'The Witcher', 'Jade Empire' and more of such titles cuz I played all those. I am more looking for the little gems that didn't quite hit the mainstream. Would really like so see a game with many items and sort of topdown view like Titan Quest or something.

Lemme know k,

thnx
