each dlc pack costed via xlive about 350m$ points = 6 euro

Both Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 dont support OpenGL which is around 25 to 50% faster than D3D...
Doubt that could even come close to my Dual Xeon Quad Core with 2Gig and a 8800GTS OC...
BUT, I do love playing games on Consoles, if they are fun that is...
NOTHING beats RPGs on the PC...Playing Oblivion with Endless Mods and GFX and such, but the console is stuck with a buggy pile of Ogre crap...

Not to mention we PC users can hack he crap out of anything, bend anything to our will...

glide api was very good, yes. too bad nvidia bought 3dfx, but still former voodoo engineers are working on current nvidia products edit: i remember old voodoo 2 times, had a 2x voodoo setup motherboard yes

Man I was just about to buy the Quad Card but that was right after 3DFX disappeared so I thought no... I remember playing my first car game with my Voodoo... Damn fun... And playing UT he he... ... Atari is creating Alone in the Dark with the TDU game engine... Kinda good I think... Hope really... Hopefully TDU2 will be alot better than TDU...

Anyone had problems running this under Vista? And yes I do have the hotfixes installed that's recommended on Atari's website forum. And yes I actually own a valid copy of the game. I can install the game but as soon as I try to "drive" the game crashes to Desktop.

Do you have the latest Drivers for GFX Card and Sound Card ??? Have you tried deleting the "radial.cdb" file ??? I have to delete the damn thing every time I want to play... Or I just get stuck at "saving" when exiting my house... Have you checked on the Forum for solutions ???

Never heard of the "radial.cdb" file?! And I've tried all the other "standard" procedures like rebooting, forums etc etc - that's why I stated that I've got the "recommended" vista upgrades installed (they're mentioned at the official Atari TDU forums). Where can I find this file? Dunno if that question is allowed here but someone either PM me or give me a hint.

Just installed the Car Pack...he he... Awesome cars... Although the dip stick sound Tech at Eden needs to get his ass fired... OR At least watch Gumball 3000 so he can hear the REAL car sounds... Owell, time for a sound pack...
