This just appear on their page
Requirements:
* PS3 system (20GB,40GB,60GB,80GB)
* Firmware 2.10 (not above!)
* External USB HDD (~120GB+ - bigger is better)
* 1 Original PS3 Game (to boot the .iso)
* ~500 MB on your internal HDD
* USB keyboard to navigate in the i.load menue
* Game image
* LAN connection to the PS3 for transfers
* i.load all incl. package (download available soon)
This works:
* booting PS1,PS2 & PS3 backups
* savegames of all titles
* support any game sizes
This won't work:
* PS3 40GB can't play PS2 images
* Online play
* PSN games for free
How it works:
Just read the manual inside the package. It will answer any questions. Full websupport available on march 23. Use it on your own risk.

News
Well it's a little bit late for some people. So we decided to host it longer than 6hours. Everybody must have the chance to download it. It will be available since we've made a new version of i.load. So the official release date of march 23. is canceled, 'cause it's tonight.
Please stay tuned. We're currently working on these 4 mirror's. Why 4 mirros? Please guess...

Rumor: Downgrader for PS3 without the need for a previous firmware dump
We have battled bravely to bring you this latest piece of news. We have valiantly laughed in the face of possible Malware from the news source to bring to you news of the latest possible PS3 hacking development. A tool is currently in progress that allows you to modify a NAND backup in order to let the PS3 think it has a lower firmware version, so you can later on use an Official upgrade PUP file to downgrade to the version you require. The tool has supposedly been tested to patch all PS3 firmware dumps up to 2.10 and requires the Infectus mod chip.
ps almost fully hacked?

nothing has been confirmed yet.
the i.load thing is getting pretty suspicuous. why isn't it out yet? they post weird news but don't actually make it available to download. like that's so hard.
reminds me of Knights of the Force.
I'd say PS3 is still not hacked at all and i.load as well as the downgrader.

Well, because I can download games for it. 
Actually it's the matter of games. Most of them are available for both platforms. The exclusives - well, they are actually more or less the same. You've got Gran Turismo 5 for PS3 (look absolutely stunning) but on the other hand there's Forza Motorsport 2 for xbox 360. Tekken for PS3, Virtua Fighter for xbox etc.
Of course PS3 can be used, for example, for code breaking, watching blu-ray movies etc. But, for heaven's sake, all I expect from a console is being able to play games, not break codes.
