I love these games. it's true the different platform versions are all totally different. PS3, 360, and PC versions are like 3 different games completely. not to mention the wii version (which is the best IMO). all are good in their own way tho.

he means that you cant use the 360 controller to play like you can on the 360 version, only to use the slicks to swing like the mouse

How do you have it set to higher than the defaults? Editting the .cfg file?
Just wondering because I can't get over 1280x1024.

Somethin wrong with ur pc then, I can go 1600*1200 no problem.

It gives you the option in the menu?
Maybe I need new drivers. My default res is 1440x900 or something like that...

Yes, in the Menu.
And about the graphics, if you have everything on high it looks great.

Not really. I cranked everything and ran at the highest res on my 8800GTX at 1680x1050. There was no 1920x1080 my native res. It isn't a pretty game. Have you seen the 360 demo? It's amazing visually. I mean they blur the trees in the background when they show the player up close on the PC version. The colors are muted and overall details are lacking.
Think about it. The ISO is jus 2GBs. That's low res texture usage right there.

I don't have the option to do anything over than 1280x1024, is why I ask. I clicked through the options.

Got another question.
Is there any way in career mode (PGA Tour) to go from your office to your stats so you can upgrade, without going all the way to the main menu?

Anyone know how to put the res at 1440 x 900 ? i can only go 1280 x 1024 max! What drivers you guys using?

Does anyone know another way to lower your average score other than PGA Tour Mode? Ive beat all the little side contests but to play the next tournament it says I have to have an 82 or lower, and have entered at least 4 matches. I have an 83.6 and have already finished all 8 matches. Theres no matches left to try to get it lower so I cant enter.
