I drink fat free milk. When you have youngs kids that is different. But even then kids get so much fat in their diet they can live on skim mild. Talk to you doctor tho.

the more fat, the better... I usually get some with 3.8 % fat. I only use it in my coffee, and sometimes with cereals.... well... and cacao from time to time; that selfmade cacao - no instant shit...

Yeah i was even a bit concerned about it since i drink as much as i do so i talked to a doctor about it. According to her its like with everything else, it depends on your metabolism, some may induce a lactose intolerance from over-drinking, some may not.

Oh and to add to the discussion, i fucking hate all milk that isnt swedish, i've never tasted milk that i can drink without half-puking that isnt swedish Sad

I seriously can't believe you drink so much UHT milk. It is fucking gross. This is what milk looks like in Canada ... 2L and below is in cartons, but 4L (4 week expiry) is in bags Even cold, fresh skim milk is very refreshing without any fat This costs ~$6 here and is considered "premium" ($4 for regular milk), but really just the longer it is filtered the longer it lasts (almost twice as long in the fridge). excuse the placemats at the table, please don't tell my gf that you don't like them and we need new ones But seriously, the "gross" milk at in my work's lunchroom is the stuff they stock below the cupboards, it's fucking gross. seriously, I have both to compare every day. Here is my story. I used to drink regular/lite cows milk, but I always would have bad stomach pains and diarrhea, but never knew why & would think nothing of it because I would always be pretty sick everyday. I have had really bad multiple allergies since I was born which includes asthma, all year round allergic rhinitis(all year hay fever), eczema and food allergies which include many types of nuts/seafood/certain seeds. So to me this seemed normal until I really was fed up and started to notice that it was getting worse in my early 20ies , when I'd eat cheeses like cows/goats cheese and drink cows/goats milk/eat fried eggs(for some reason raw eggs don't make me sick) I would get really bad stomach pains to the point where it feels like your legs are very week(I found out that your nervous system is linked to your stomach), and I gotta sit on the toilet take off my clothes because I was getting hot from the pain and try to massage my stomach to get rid of the diarrhea. Anyway since I've started drinking soy milk I have never had an issue with stomach pains although I do get the occasional mild upset stomach which may be due to me liking to eat cows/goat cheese sometimes.
