Really? How do you figure?
Also, I didn't have any crashes either, and played with a 360 pad.

US launch dates are almost always Tuesdays. It's due out in 2 days, stores will get them in early.. stock typically comes in over the weekend or on Monday. Just need someone with access to get a copy and either fix the old release with new files or just release a new one.
Of course this assumes it wasn't delayed again. I haven't seen word that it has been but I haven't seen official confirmation it comes out this week either.
Oh, I forgot about Steam. People have it preloaded now and it unlocks tomorrow.. so a new/updated release should be here within 24-48 hours.

Nice preview, it for some reason indicates to me that it could take a week for assassin's creed to get released.

Wow, a really good preview at IGN. I am really looking forward to playing AC for the first time. Hopefully we'll get a release this week. It's nice to see Ubisoft give the best gaming platform the treatment it deserves.

Game was initially a pleasant surprise for me. However, it does lose some of its appeal when you discover that every mission is basically a clone of the last one just set in a differently named( but otherwise very similar ) city with some other characters involved.
What makes the game decent is the fun-enough combat and roof-jumping.

MD | And that's also the reason I'm going to buy this game, and I really hope other people will do too. Quality is worth paying for, and if you want more games on PC people should buy it. Games are not expensive at all, especially when you buy them at webstores.

Well the not yet released games say "Reserveren" which means Pre-Order. AC says "Bestellen" which means order.

Black and White 2 is an exception. Most devs forget to fully follow the instructions included with the API, and thus they get easily cracked 90% of the time. The 10% where they aren't cracked you can always patch the CD check, so like I says safedisc is a simple matter.
