About CloneDVD-PROCYON: some ppl say this is a "modification" of the previous bugged clone, others say "nope, this is the retail dvd clone 'cause it's impossibile to modify a clone".
who's right?

God is right.
Anyway, you can easily modify a clone if you want if it's a MDF/MDS file, but I don't know how it works with BT6 files.

I got the clone cuz i dont trust cracks lately.. Anyway the previous version crashed once in a while (an hour or so) but this one ran few hours without crashes so I hope its the good version.

A64 3000+ (s754) here on an old Mobo - k8ne and GF6600 (old PC which I hold just for downloads' sake). Choppy like hell, even at lowest specs framerate around 5-10 fps... Unless you have some powerful GPU there I would not suggest it... >.>

1. It DOES have all the missions and features and doesn't crash (normally).
2. Nobody knows if it's the RETAIL version, they don't state it in their NFO...

It's not the problem of the game I believe. If that's Samsung you're using there then it happens to damn often... I mean vanishing local drives >.> The PC got frozen only because u were using the drive that got itself erased from your hdd >.>

What? I've used Samsung HDDs for years, only had to RMA one (and it died nicely allowing me to backup in time...), none of my samsungs ever "dissapeared" either! Imo there the best drive, I have a 500gig barracuda and the things very noisey compared to the samsungs i have...

Yes, go and buy C-Media or something non-Creative, that always works like a charm and updates their drivers very often to ensure compatability through out all games available, unlike Creative which doesn't seem to do anything for anyone.

Game works flawlessy...for now,no crashes..also i had to lower audio hardware acceleration thingy to hear the voices...i dun care if i have 2 change it,i love this game >w<

Well, it happened quite often when you had PATA Samsung that they would lose drives sometimes, and broken sectors too...>.> They're very faulty and one of the few good things about them was almost totally silent work - which you mentioned btw.
Either way, in the case of the other guy I believe its HDD fault that the partition got washed out and not the games'.
Aaaand, translation for the receiver of this:

Probably not needed for most people but I've seen it requested a few times so here's my current savegame just after entering Jerusalem.
(One viewpoint scaled and one citizen saved in order to locate the bureau and enter the city, due to the checkpoint system there's a large chance the player will start in the bureau but that shouldn't be a problem - oh and the previous three areas Masyaf, Damascus and Acre are fully finished mission wise aside from all flags and perhaps a templar or two as those are side objectives.)

EDIT: It might be possible to only use the .sav file instead of the profile, think the .map file contains control settings and .opt is probably other options but unsure about the .hdr file.

Never had a Samsung PATA fail, just one of my SATA 500gigs did, bad sectors... But I have 4 samsung drives in my system atm (2 are 300gig PATAS) and there grand
