So NO BLACK BAR!!! lol
Gameplay it's real cool, nice than the first in poor things
Graphic...more smooth, not so much but better...
Atmosphere, there's but it's real poor
Sound, good sometimes and not in other times...

good game!

The gameplay maybe awesome but if its a shitty port, it definitely takes away from the overall experience. You asked what was wrong with the first one (not what was wrong with the gameplay) and he summarized it pretty well. The game was no doubt fun with good gameplay but it stuttered like crazy, i wonder to how is the port. There were several places on xbox where the lag was pretty horrible (in vegas 2 i mean), i wonder if its fixed or even worse.

runs at 30-40 fps for me @ med-high and 1280x1024.

Ok, just played a bit, this a better pc build then the first vegas for sure, you have all resolutions avaliable, AA, and proper aspect ratio (4:3, 16:9, 16:10)....

overall runs great, but theres some areas on the map that makes the fps drop sometimes, nothing serious but a bit annoying.

cant wait to play the mutiplayer mode, when the game hits the stores.

Only turok left to be released Smile

cool thanks.

Same here , just play a bit :
- Gfx are pretty near to RSV 1 .
- Running (Sprint ) is very nice ! great thing !
- Music is nice .

Not a bad game , i go play more

Edit : it realy sound like a RSV 1.5 .. but better gameplay / good action and fast.

This is weird. The mouse doesn't work when I actually get start a mission. Everything else runs fine. Hmm. Confused

Edit: Hmm. Must have been a glitch, worked fine after I restarted.

great game, graphics do look better than the first, everything isnt all blurry and blocky.
I'm playing everything maxed at 1440x900 16:10 widescreen with 30-40fps
amd x2 5000+ BE @2.8, 8800GT 512mb.

As far as gameplay, it's pretty much the same, except I noticed they added sprint and I can't remember in the first one if you could shoot through wood and such but in part 2 you can, adds more realism. Also there's many achievements and crap to unlock kinda similar to COD4 unlocks in MP as well as changing outfits (body armor, head gear, clothing).

overall great game worth the download and if you can afford it probably.. well never mind unless you want to buy it for online play. f*ck ubi Razz

Nothing like having to manually tweak files change the bloom options and my screen resolution.... why you ask? they use the bloom to cover the jazzed edges and since there were no AA options either way it's gonna look like shiet.

if you're going to complain about lazy ports that make you do stuff to make it work ... well ... you make as well buy a console because such is the life of a PC gamer Wink

If you buy the game for online play i think you should wait a bit. Rs1 was fuked with the online option the xbox 360 Rs2 has problems and the Ps3 has problems to. So don't rush buying the games until a confirmation on how buggy it is.

Yep, just cross my finger and hope that it dosen't have the major bugs like the old one or the xbox 360 version of rslv2 has.

Anyone else is having problems creating LAN game? It says "your ethernet cable is not detected/connected". I'm really dissapointed about this.

Altough the game is really cool!
