I feel alot better now. I went to the vancouver aquar. and saw my sister at her work. Another tousty spot when she isn't working, she is a grade K teacher. I can FINNALLY fit into my summer jeans I got my fat ass in there so I am happy. It took a lot of gym work and good diet but I did it. I seem to be a tiny TINY bit ahead of my summer schedule.

Ohh. I bought a whole bunch more today plus maybe 20 baby cucmbers. I ate all the lychees and maybe 8 of the cucumbers , with salt and pepper for dinner. Today I had a lunch date with a special friend at a really good pizza place. I had a mini greek pizza with feta and spinach (fresh) When I go my friend knows whos working and requests a certine person to make my pizza. She does an awsome job, it is perfect when I get it. It isn't clumpy on one side. Everthing is spread out even. Later she always comes over and sits with us for a bit and tells me she mine with love. It is true. It is truely a perfect looking pizza. I used to order pizza without the cheese but he and her changed my mind. I am just happy I can fit into my summer jeans. Not that I can eat pizza all the time but ........ I can eat the lychees and cucumber for dinner the rest of the week. My ankles feel alot better too. Off and on. Yesterday they really hurt and I had a hard time getting out of bed this moring. I took an advil and it was better. No Gym for me today. Sat and sun will be a different story tho. My friend thinks I need to work on my upper body more. Otherwise I will look like a pear with a giant ass. Who will share the sidewalk with me if that happens, (maybe it has already happened and no one is telling me to be nice) It kinda hurt my feeling because I do pushups everynight (like 80-90 of them) and swim is which arm work. Then I realized I was lying to myself because I don't work out my upper body like I do my lower. I need to do more arm work with my weights at home. I just imagion myself with THIS HUGE ASS which isn't prob the true picture. According to him anyway but who knows. Maybe I am a pear. and a moose to boot.

I think mine would called Logans. or something like that. They were smooth. I went to the seymour river to today and walked the dog. 10 km up and down the mountian watershead. Hold shit do my ankels hurt. I must be getting old It took about 4 hts and the thing was I didn't feel it when I was doing it. I felt great. Dog running in circles around me, The last part is a about 20 min uphill and a steep on at that, and I just go and go and go, and take really big steps. I have the uge to run up hills to get them over with. ANyway I got home and had to cut the grass, back yard and frount yeard. Weed eatter too. Sweep up and then I decidided to wash 2 cars. My ex was over so I washed his truch as well. He is supper fussy so I even did the wheel wells. holy shit my wrists were burning they hurt so bad, the I bend down to scrub out the wheel weels and my knee feeel really funny. Like it is going to pop or something. I am losing it. I am becomeing a disabled person or something, All I did was yawn and ywan my whole way to the grocery story to buy my food, I made toco creaps tonight. They were realy good but my feet are killing me.

The guy I am sort of seeing things I need to work out my upper body more, I alreay do my pushup and stuu. Sometimes it si hard because of everything else I am doing. I just want to scream at him. Kinda hurt my feeling a bit but oh well, life goes on,

People are ase holes totally. They are so mean. I don't evan want to get into it but , older people in gemeral, are just cold bithces. Their only point in life is if rip your heart OUT!!!! WHY I don't know, since we are respect them and look aftef them in the older age. Why whoud they do that to me? I have never done anthing of the the like, to anybody. en I lost my job (the one I reallly really wanted) she took bets out me me with her friends for a dorrlar/ , She hates her friends too but what are they going say neg. about her, Best Job I ever lost if this was was the case I think... It was really mean amd not supportive at all. It really hurt but at the same time I knew something like that was cooing. I glad now I lost it. Best thing for me aty. Smile

edit I don't smoke pot anymore.
