OK BIG SHOT.. its quite simple like you but NOT EVERYONE HAS HDTV.. so PS3 and 360 owners may still be on OLD TV and thus may still get only one frame rate.
When you prduce a game... you still with me?
You create textures.... you still with me?
Then you set a frame rate you still with me? This is when you sya "ok boys the videos nees to be in either 25 or 23 as if you play 25 on a 23 it will be too fast or 23 on a 25 it will be slow. "P.S. Thats how TV WORKS"
Then you build setup the einge...you still with me?

NTSC is 30fps at 60HZ interlaced , PAL is 25fps at 50hz interlaced. No interlaced tv standard outputs at 23fps

Not really it has a nice 100" Pioneerfinish.
But these bell ends are trying to tell me that if yuo do have an old TV then the 360 wouldnt work... cos it needs 60Hz or it needs NTSC... They aint got a clue as over a SDTV cable it will play anything... this all stemed from some clown saying "yea they released it early cos they couldnt be bothered to make the region locked version"
I was saying it was never region locked and its not coming early its on time... now all the wiki noobs want to jump on the bandwagon and are tryin to learn TV's when there all spotty little cunts...

any chance of mods getting this thread remotley on track, i just read 3 to 5 pages of nothing trying to get the latest GTA info
did GTA go gold yesterday or today? 17th or 18th?
