I am putting the Men of Valor 1.2 Patch, as well as the MONEY no-cd for 1.2, in the same place you found the game (as well as some of the other usual haunts).

P.S.
Make sure you make a backup of original exe. You will need it for further updates. If the update does not find the right file it cancels. so if installing for first time, just do the patch and nocd right after and before starting game.
