The aussie version is only missing some gun-in-anus action so I wouldn't worry.

It is coming out in 2 hours.
No seriously you've waited for it for a lot of time, 7 days won't kill you.
Now stop crying and just talk about the game instead of the scene release.

yea agree - i just cant wait to explore the city...maybe do one or two of the tutorial missions but then i want to kick back and drive, walk, observe, see the much hyped 'euphoria' in action.
gta still rules big time for genuine sandbox action

Yeah same, going to just create a random character then grab a car and just drive around and test out different cars, motorcycles etc.

to bad things didn't went the way they did with GTA san andreas on the PC, where there was a scene release something like 2 or 3 week before the game even made it to the stores..

it's out when it's out, learn to accept that little fact.
And now lets just talk about the game, before things get out of hand again.

Any word if the Buddhist monks are making a come back? They should never have cut them from any of the GTA's imo.

Just watched the first trailer again, and remembered how disappointed I was at first to know that it would be in Liberty City and I also thought that the premise of the story sounded a bit gash. Combined with the talk about a much more realistic GTA (at that point, it was hinting at being too realistic) made me fear the worst at that point.
Now though, I'm loving that it's set in Liberty City, it was definitely the right choice when you think about it, and the Eastern European immigrant story sounds ace, and Niko seems to be a great character!

Unfortunatley if the scene cant get their hands on a copy then there cant be a scene release, you never know some impatient sole who works at a game or other decent stockist may just take the game to play and release it themselves!!
Some of the physics look sweet, the GTA games are pretty much the only single player games I play that arent football (Soccer to our american inbred friends, honestly who invented a game where you use your hands for 95% of the game would call it football?)
I definatley enjoyed saints row though!! I love games where you get the freedom to do what you what and to be fair rockstars way of creating games should be followed by pretty much all developers, to try and make the game as good as possible and not worry too much about profits and re releasing games, I guess if you get the game right and as high quality as GTA then you'll make serious money off it anyway. rather than rehashing, rebranding and re- releasing same games with small updates/upgrades.
I only hope that if EA do take over Take two it wont put any added pressure to the Rockstar boys to release on certain schedules or update every so often etc, because that will probably ruin the experience of GTA.

They said the driving physics had been redone - not sure if that will make it easier or tougher.
