Could you tell me which multiplatform titles looked better on your PS3 than on X360? I'm really interested since this is the first time I hear someting like that.

I think Call of duty 3 looks better on the ps3 (i also have it for the xbox 360).
What else...COD 4, Assassins Creed, Madden games, NHL games and prolly a few i missed.
And like ive said, ive had more problems with my 360 than i can shake a stick at. I have yet to have the smallest problem with my ps3 and its free to play online. those are 2 of the deciding factors for me - no problems (like freezing) and free online play.
I think xbox is cheap to make people pay (what did that guy say? ) $90 bucks a month for online play. Why pay when you can get a ps3 and play for free. And its not like multiplayer games arent supported on the ps3, i play cod4 online with ps3 and there are lots of players/servers |

do not bother he using regular rc cable, so everything will look good for him on ps3 coz it only comes with hdmi  |

Standard jacks can mean either component or composite, the difference is huge.
You say that Assasin's Creed is running better on your PS3? You should go public with that since your PS3 must be blessed by some supernatural force. Other PS3s have severe framerate problems with Assasin's Creed and use the infamous vaseline filter instead of proper AA (see here, it's very obvious) like almost all PS3 games do.

all this because i said i prefer my ps3 to my xbox 360  and im called a fanboy. fuckin nerds....
@me7, i mean component. on MY tv, it looks better than the 360. could be the tv i dunno
and as for assassins creed, i could care less what some articale or some tech nerd says, it has yet to freeze, lag etc i have had zero problems with it

Im just saying ive never had a problem with a) my ps3 b) none of the games i own, including assassins creed.
Maybe its luck of the draw and i got a good ps3, who knows.
I dont understand whats so hard to understand about that. Like i have no reason to lie. I dont dislike playstation or microsoft. But having both systems, and having numeorus games for both, i find the ps3 better in terms of reliability, looks and of course, the online aspect. |

Wrong @ the resolution post.
The 360 supports 1080p as of an update 8 or 9 months ago.
The PS3 supports it as well.
HDMI > VGA > Component > Composite > Lightbright > Etch-a-Sketch
(Though you could argue that composite does color better than VGA, personally I don't give two fucks because I use DVI/HDMI)
GTA4 HOWEVER RUNS AT 720P/1080I REGARDLESS. If you are set to 1080P your console is UPSCALING. If your set to 720p on a 1080p TV you're upscaling as well, but chances are the TV upscales better than the consoles do. The only 1920x1080 (fuck interlacing) instance of the game you'll see running is the PC version, unlike the 99.9% of games on 360/PS3, which are 720p.
I think there is a total of 5 games that actually run at 1080p on consoles.

it does. I havent had a slow down yet. And ive played through the game atleast 7 times by now
and i do think ps3 games look better than 360 (non hd im talking now, so we are clear) |
