Pocket Heroes (well, it's HOMM for WM)
Nanobotz (like Wrtms with wild physics)
Enslave (space shooter/trader)
Call of Duty 2 (3D shooter)
Revival (Civilization clone)
Mozaki (new puzzle from Tetris creator)
SCUMMVM (play your favorite adventure games on WM)
OpenTTD (play Transport Tycoon Deluxe on WM)
Legacy (RPG)
Undercroft (RPG)
Rabbit Wars (turn-based strategy)
Pocket UFO (UFO on WM)
Machines at War (RTS)
FPSECE (Playstation1 emulator)
MorphGear (SNES/Genesis/GBA emulator)
PicoDrive (Genesis emulator)

Broken Sword Shadow of Templars
Syberia I & II

They were all ported to Pocket PC.

If I am not mistaken Age of Empires 1&2 have been made for it and if I recall neverwinter nights may have been one.

AoE is old as mammoth shit and no fun at all. And there's no NWN for PPC.
