Anyways, if I were you, I would have even made my computer go bad... but that depends on how hot she is.

Lol well I only download album torrents. I will try steer clear of any computer talk. She seemed to have gotten a little angry when I suggested that I can just backup my music and restore my computer and reinstall the operating system. She believes every single file on my computer is currupted with a virus. I doubt I have a virus because you need to be quite dumb to get a virus these days. Im pretty sure its just really bad spyware problem. Because problems only arise when I open my internet browsers. Besides internet browsing, my computer functions completely fine.

But I didn't want to get into all this with her. Tommorow I will be like "have you played GTA 4? no? omg you HAVE to play this game!!!!!!!" lol maybe thatl work Laughing Laughing

Have her come over by all means but whatever you do, don't let her touch your computer! I am not casting doubt on her abilities although we all know how computer-savvy you are. Razz There is a risk that she might find your porn-stash which is always a dangerous situation but in your case even more so. Very Happy

I am sure you can interest her in something else and it doesn't have to be the obvious. Just friends hanging out stuff you know. Watch a movie or something.

Ooh I do need to delete my browzing and search history though. I browze a lot of stuffs including youporn. But yea I don't wanna seem like Im coming onto her or something because thats totally not the case but she might get the wrong impression and never come over. Watching a movie seems too romantic. GTA 4 I think would be a more neutral reason to come over. Fixing a computer is definitely another neutral reason to come over but I do not want her to do anything to this computer lol I have to protect it. This computer is my baby.

I would say maybe we could study for our test which we have on monday but studying may be too romantic plus we can just study at school. We wouldn't need to come all the way over here to study.

While your basic conclusion is correct, you're failing to take into account some relevant aspects of biochemistry. I'll explain it crudely because I can't be bothered with an in depth explanation.

Basically your body stores energy in two forms; glycogen (starchy form of glucose) and as lipids. Now, in standard conditions the glycogen must be used up before the fat begins to be metabolised. When glycogen levels are high even the majority unsaturated fat have a tendency towards anabolism.

Once an average person (i.e. not a bodybuilder) gets to a body mass index of above 28 the high ratio of adipose tissue to regular tissues means that the body constantly has an excessive level of adipokines. Combined with a high glucose diet this results in insulin receptor downregulation in the liver i.e. insulin resistance.

Once this process begins to occur it results in a negative feedback loop, whereby the person continues to put on weight because their adipose tissue is utilizing a glucose instead of lipid based metabolism.

In summary, once a person gets to an individually variable level of excessive weight, it actually becomes much harder for them to lose weight, even with a normal diet. The domination of glucose metabolism means that unlike a healthy individual the majority of the calories in their food go towards sustaining their bulk, rather then providing energy.

So yes, while simple calorific maths does apply, for an obese individual the calories burned/calories consumed ratio must be much higher.

dont delete your history/cash. I mean, it looks kinda suspicious that you have an empty history:p

And if she is a normal human being, she will accept that you surf on porn sites. I have playboys laying around here and when a girl comes here, they go "hmm nice tits, but they are fake, you got fooled" Laughing

As long as you dont force them to watch in detail, she will accept that you watch porn now and then, i mean, she really does know that guys watch porn, so dont even try convincing her that you dont;)

Well I didnt get a chance to tell her to come over. Since I went in a little late and the professor already started talking, right after I went to class she types "tutoring after class?" on her cell phone and shows it to me and so I said ok. And then I had lunch with her (worst lunch ever). The food sucked and since the food was so bad I couldn't focus on anything else. And then after we went to astronomy tutoring at school which was boring as hell and we were there for almost 3 hours!

But then when I was leaving, I took her phone number down and gave her mine. So in conclusion, she did not come over but I did get a phone number.

The problem Im having is, shes way too tough and too opinionated. She seems like the kind of girl who would kick my ass for disagreeing with her on something she would say. But then again, maybe if I start to feel comfortable being around her (which wont be for a while), then I might gain some social skills or something

strong women are the best kinda women imo.

Why dont you ask her what she likes to do and then you guys go out and do that a few times. Then it'll be your turn to decide what to do on the next dat (and usually the woman suggests it). Seriously, first ti meet a woman the things i get into the conversation for sure is her likes and dislikes. That way, if i wanna date, I can plan something she likes to do you know?
Good way to show your caring, sensitive and able to be creative Smile

So basically you believe it is much harder for a fatter/bigger person to lose weight? I always heard it was easier for a bigger person to lose weight if they were doing the right things, like eating right and being physically active. That it took more calories to operate a bigger body.

Personally I super watch my fat intake. Fat has more calories as well. Yesterday I ate 2 oreo cookies. This week I ate a can of salmon. I usually eat out 1 time a week l and by that I mean a real meal. Sometimes , I eat maybe 10-15 fries, whcih is deep fried but I tend to stay away from that. <--- danger food. Never touch chips or junk food snacks. I will eat fruit or cumcumbers instead.

I will eat a bigger lunch but I don't eat a real dinner that is not fruit or veggies. No meat or sauce.

No offence, but...

I have it the other way around... I can eat ALL day long and I wont take on a single gram!

I even take Propranolol to lower my metabolism. I think its a shame people cant eat what they enjoy every day, but on the other hand Im sick of hearing all this health shit! Yeah sorry, but all the healthy commercials and shit makes me tired!

Most if not all my friends envy me though Smile

Well I do have her number. On Tuesday she text messaged me asking where I was (because we don't have astronomy class on tuesdays) and then I met up with her after I finished my other class and just talked to her about random stuff again for like 2 and half hours until it was time for her to goto class. But then on Wednesday she was absent again lol.

Anyways We have our final exam on monday. Which is the absolute last day I will be stepping into that class. I don't like having her phone number because I never even call her. I will try to get her screenname. I dont like-like her by the way. Im only trying to become a close friend of hers because she has many friends in our school.

so you can still call her and talk to her. it doesnt mean you have to date her. I talk to girlfriends (like friends that are girls) all the time on the phone. We shoot the shit for a half an hour or an hour and thats it.

Yea I think I finally fully got over my fear of talking to people especially girls. I just randomly had conversations with 2 new girls today and one them I actually had a little crush on her all semester but I never spoken to her before (And no shes not plus sized. But shes still super adorable). And I had a conversation with them for like 30 minutes each just talking about random crap.

I guess its not that hard to start talking to people. I actually feel MORE comfortable now when Im talking and not being silent. I feel awkward when Im silent. But yes now I HAVE FRIENDS! and Im very grateful for that.

THE END Smile

In theory a larger person can more easily lose weight, since they have larger mass, a more muscular person or a fat person of the same weight burn similar amounts of calories, the difference is that the muscular person does it more easily.

Take someone with 15% body fat, they will have a hard time losing 5 % body fat compared to a person who is at 35% body fat. Losing that 5% is way easier.
