I've always been curious what it feels like to drive when drunk, but I'm so extremely against it, that I wouldn't even test it on a empty parking lot IRL.

I've driven drunk once, five years ago, from a new years eve party. I drove at like 30 km/h across icy roads for about 20 minutes. Wasnt fun, wasnt scary, wasnt really anything. And i was hammered out off my fucking head. But i suppose the difference was that i knew that i was driving drunk and actually did it "carefully". That said i wont ever do it again, could just as well have walked those kilometers.
But anyways, it wasnt very similar to the GTA experiece

Got the game for PS3 and the first thing i'm going to say is that i really really hope that it get released for PC. The reason i say that is because the gameplay and the game mechanics are awesome but the graphics are sub par. There are waaaaaaay too many jaggies and the game would benefit greatly from an higher resolution and ESPECIALLY AA. Overall i'm liking it so far but i keep telling myself that it could be so much more with better graphics. Habitually im not a graphic whore but in this case there are too many jaggies to go unnoticed , especially for someone coming for a PC background who hardly ever see a jaggie in a game.
GTA IV would truly be a masterpiece @ let's say 1680 x 1050 (or better) with AA , AF , better draw distance , better framerate , sharper textures and better online. Please Rockstar/Take Two MAKE IT HAPPEN !! I hate the fact that this game potential is being held on by consoles (and i own a PS3 + GTA IVso im not trying to be a fanboy or anything but it's the truth)>

You can look at certain cars during chases by pressing O (or whatever the cinematic button is on 360), but I don't think you can lock onto a car unless you're in the passenger's seat.

but u can stream music while playing and does not pause if u press start
tip: to switch off radio press and hold left or right on d-pad

I think it means that you must be dressed in a suit or something like that. (You can buy it at perseus or wtf that store is called)

if u don't wanna use 3rd party software just copy music u want to listen to external hd or flash and play it from your console, before starting the game or after
i use tversity to stream audio and video, it's easier than copiyng stuff back and for

I found two locations. In the middle island, right bottom, there is a heli tour and you can either make a tour or just steal the chopper.
The second location is in the third island, up north. Some rich guy has an helipad on his garden  Can tell you specifically where it is because as soon as I entered the third island my wanted rating jumped to six and I had to get out of there.

I heard there is a portuguese neighborhood in the third island. Is anyone able to confirm this?
