i saw like 5 maybe 6 types + a scorpion...and i finished the game...i don't know the names

wow, i spent a solid day trying to kill the thing just by shooting it...i was actually getting annoyed when the T-Rex went down and my knife automatically came out...it sucks that i had no idea the game was trying to tell me something
i did figure it out though, not more then an hour ago

yea..i had the same problem with two crashes and i swiched cracks.
also autosave can casue some script error's so my advice:
do not autosave very close to cut-secens, better to save 1,2 minuts befor. |

If there was a trojan embedded in the EXE then you didn't get it from a (Relatively) safe source such as GCW or GBW (Gamecopy and Gameburn) but instead downloaded it from a more public site or even a public torrent tracker and those are known to carry fakes like that.
(Private sites should be OK for the most part but even some more respected and bigger open sites like Pirate Bay have fakes and viruses uploaded daily.)
EDIT: This is pretty common knowledge though.
(Torrents aren't exactly the best alternative for smaller files like that due to the risk of fakes, trojans and whatnot.)

been out for a while.. have u seen the seeder to leechers ratio? quicker to get the 12GB. havnt seen it on private trackers

I liked the game
the vitality crack seems to be faster than razor (when loading the game and save games)
but didn't have problem with either of them.
most important thing avoid the saving in the game, after saving if you need to load, you can never know what wiil happen and you may need to start the level from the begining.
what a BAD saving system.

hey its a port with check points with a forced specially for the PC quick save system that skips the most important scripts .... so what did you expect

alright i definetly agree this is not the best use of unreal engine to date and it sure has a lot of bugs
but you guys need to admit where else do you see such a cool t-rex
dinossaurs are actually fun =)

Sorry to bring back this old thread, but I just finished grabbing the game (even with the poor reviews). I downloaded Razor version and want to pack vitality crack in the .iso (even if you say it's not really better, I'll trust them first). I usually use UltraISO, add the file and save, but only opening/saving the iso without modification give me an error "bad size for data2.cab". I guess it's because the file is too damn large. Anyone can recommend me another program to modify .iso files who would work with Turok?

 it seam that older version of ultra iso does not support the bigger then 4 gigs "Data.cab" files, Update your u-iso, try an other iso soft, or make the modification direct on desktop with windows, don't forgoth the DVD LABEL , let run & have fun.
2 DVD 9 to 3 DVD 5: read the full 5 or 6 pages.

This game doesn't support 2 DVD9 disks lol, just get the "rip" which rips nothing but is 5GB large (just heavily compressed).

games by VITALITY and they just wouldn't work on my rig.. had to get the RELOADED cracks.. anyway what the hell do they think their playing at not testing the cracks with lots of different hardware and software before releasing it 
from now on i shall not be buying any of VIT... erm.. oh yeah.. its free
