Some time ago I subscribed to get gold membership on live, I played for a few days and didnt go on live for a few months, and now i can't get on live. It says there is a payment problem, but i can't get to the place where you chance card information. I get to the personal settings panel thingie and then get booted to main menu and then logged of live. Just so you know I manage to connect to live, so i know im not banned.
Anyone know a solution to this without calling the retards at M$?

Contact them trough their www.xbox.com site.
I had the same, it's because they couldn't charge you for the new months that you where "able" to play on LIVE. I had the same with one of my accounts, I signed up with a creditcard that have a limit ( one time thing, certain amount of money), and they still let me play a couple of months after that without me paying. Then they banned me because I hadn't paid for like 2 months and now I owe them money. You have to pay them back a certain amount of money before they unlock it again. I never paid thou, I just made a new one. 
You can change you sub. creditcard trough www.xbox.com too, and they will probably bill you for the amount you owe them.
I think its something along those lines in your case too..

I would think so too, but i guess Ms is just too stupid. Anyway i might be blind but i can't find the section where you change the card number and shit on www.xbox.com

Just use "Log in" in the top right corner.

god f'ing damnit... anyone knows how you can see what email was linked to a gamertag? I've been trying for 2 days know and I don't find what email to use for activating gold again or my gamertag

click on your profil picture main thingie -> contact information -> contact information -> "Email" and "Password" 
(dunno if its realy called contact information.. just my translation  ) |
