Cheapskate get A/C. It's great for summer. It's great sitting in an air conditioned car and watching hot sweaty building workers with no tops on.
Ahh luxury.

I'd die without my AC in the summer. I crank that shit down to 5C in the summer so my house is like a fridge. I love it.
Plus, if you smoke a dube in really hot weather then go into a cold place, you get higher for some reason. lol

But they are selling new cars with no A\C in Northern Europe???
It's impossible to be without A/C in the car around here. Unless you don't mind wetting the whole car from sweat.

hot and cold rooms sickness. theres a proper name for that but I forget what it is. Its basically to do with your temperature tollerance. Some peoples bodies struggle to cope with it.

yeah man, its starting to get hot already. this week is ok, but in the next few weeks i bet the temps are gunna climb into the 25C area you know? once it reaches 22C, i turn on the air conditioning. Im not comfortable sitting around being hot. Its one thing if im outside doing something, then i dont care, but if im sitting in my house watching tv, there's no reason for it to be hot you know?

I hate it too. I get all sticky and wet and uncomfortable. Makes me feel like I have layers of skin on. esp around my neck. Can't wait till fall. Fall is my favorite month. |
Not to be picky, but I believe fall is a season, known in the proper as Autumn.

same with me me. Fall is the best time of year. And early spring. When its between 5-10C you know? That way I leave the windows open and get a breeze going in my house and the smell in autumn is nice to.
I dont even mind winter, I like winter. The only thing i hate about winter is those few weeks at the end when everything melts, so nasty outside you know/

We don't get that much snow here. I used to spend a lot of time at Whistler and it was pretty gross when the snow started to melt. Everything is covered in dog shit, like every 5 ft. You get 5 months worth of different layers of dog shit melting all at once. Everything gets so dirty and muddy.

lol nice. My buddy went snowboarding at whistler this year. Im thinking of taking a trip to bc to go skiing next winter, he should still be there. I wish I could go when my other friend's are going, in July for a weekend to party (his girl is coming back here to see her family) but I cant afford a trip to BC right now.

Whistler is expensive. If you have a place to stay and place to make your meals it is a lot better. You should think about comming out in the future, just to see what the rest of the contry is about. I have been to Tor. Once. I want to visit again and go further east into the maritimes.

Whistler is gross expensive, the cost of being there has gone up so much since I moved out here, it's almost not worth it.
Read not to contradict and confute, nor to believe and take for granted, but to weigh and consider.
To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.
In all your remembering, remember that you have choices

Yeah, the only other place I'd go in Canada is probably BC or Quebec and ive been to Quebec numerous times (montreal mostly, when i was young).
Not really into going farther east than quebec. Maybe if i had a woman and it was romantic thing, but other than that, there's nothing to do out east and its not as warm during any season like Toronto you know?
And as for Manitoba, Alberta or Sask, again, nothing to do so no reason to visit you know?

I know. My parents have a place there and I still can't afford to ski. A fast food hamberger and fries cost around $17 and it is not even good.
The quad chair lift system they have in place now is super fast. They have a gondola that goes up 1/2 the mountian so the line ups always move fast. It is a heavier snow, and on the icier side. Alberta has better snow for skiing I believe, but everything is very spread out and you have to pay a national park fee for every day you there. Whistler is a party town and the Villiage always has stuff happening, the clubs are ok. One bad thing is that Whistler lacks the law enforcement and huge fights break out between groups of 50 plus people and they have to call enforcements from Squamish. I perfer whistler is the summer with the hiking, trails, canoeing. They have these hamster wheel floaty things you can run down the river on. Huge bike/skater parks.
I stick to the free stuff like 4/4'ing on the logging roads and hiking.
It is going to be very interesting for the olympics. There is so far only ONE GAS STATION in the whole of whistler. They are bringing in shipping containers for people to sleep in because there is not enough housing.
