Well we have everything we need to build, but it's bugged and won't let us build it. No surprise really.

If your trying to build a Keep the tooltip on that one is bugged, you need 15 joist, 20 brick, 20 plain facade, 15 brace and not what it says on the tooltip.

Demo's aren't as crap as some of you may think, i'm a lvl 18 demo an can tank 2 lvl 17's, my way of doing it is, strong spell first, then just quick fire off near instant caster's, but normally shockstrike wave of geheena drop 'em striaght away 2 spell kill's, so personally i think demo's are actually good.

Do you not have any demons yet?

Yeah i acquired the demon at lvl 8 i think, i use her too, i was just speaking in a general term, but yeah the Vampre demon is quite funky, few more lvl's an i'll be droppin some feat point's into hightening it's power.

Well I use a prepaid card for online purchases. And if the banks are closed I can't deposit more money to that account ... so I can't buy stuff.

Oh yes, Play.com, and with bank holls and a usual 2 days delivery time I might have it by Friday but it would have been Thursday if it wasn't for the darn bank holidays. Smile
Again, been watching over my mates shoulder, and I got to say AOC is amazing, a few bugs yes, but thats only to be expected being so new. I just got to have this game.

i suspect they wanted to rush it out before warhammer knowing alot of people were waiting for a good mmo for along time, i knew many people who were only playing wow still because they werewaiting for something else to come along that looked promising ie warhammer or conan.

in the long run releasing a game that should still be in beta is a bad idea though especially if the classes arent balanced noone likes to see classes beeing nerfed and boosted all the time noone likes to see random crashes or servers that arent stable either.

ive not played conan though so i dont know how it is.

i think it will tank cos of the bugs, whole zones are fucked, quests uncompletable, not to mention perfomance issues. and the fucking fanbase piss me the fuck off, they wanna fuck arnies mouth or something, cos they cant see the game for what it is and put it on a pedestal.

theres this one zone the field of the dead, which you will crash at least once in, GUARENTEED, and if you end the program and then try to log into to your character it will just get stuck on the loading screen until you REBOOT your computer, the solution? turn off the sound apparently, way to fuck my experience over. HOW THE FUCK DOES THAT WORK. that is one huge ass bug.

lets talk about grouping.

able to see what same quests you have? no.

able to see party members on the minimap/map more then 150 metres way? no.

able to see what class a person is without having to invite them to group or ask them? no.

lovely.

lol that sucks it certainly will tank if they dont sort it fast

i heard the shaders compiled as you move around and cached so the game eats ram like crazy and best of all if you quit out the game and log back in again the same thing happens all over Laughing

dont know why they cant have a proper shader cache like bf2 did if thats the case, the guy who claimed this said it creates stutters as they get compiled

Juba,

You are right. I'm playing it as something to do, but it's doomed. Level 30 HOX. YAWWWN

Boring game, boring graphics (realistic doesn't mean exciting) and just overall flawed. Many bad design choices. Whatever, I'll get my 80 and sell it.

My Friend was a WoW addict, but since he has started AOC near his whole guild has gone over or going over to Conan, some are spending a lot of cash on their machines to get them AOC friendly. Smile
He says about the bugs........so far I have found nothing really to break the enjoyment of the game, there are quite a lot of bugs but nothing compared to most this early on in release. He has canceled his WoW sub: and says AOC has everything and more than Wow, plus it promises to have so much potential for the future (it can and will become so much better).
I have only watched the play but will be able to speak for myself soon as my copy pops though the door., I think this is the game I have been waiting for since Eve became so stale, later, I'm told AOC has all the blood and brutality anyone could desire.....yummy.

People who say they have not encountered major bugs are blatantly blinded by new game syndrome. they really want it to be the next awesome game and try hard to convince themselves of how good it is. How can he say AoC has everything and mroe than WoW if he hasnt even done endgame content? Aoc more than WoW when WoW has how many years of patches and one expansion pack. your friend is a fool.

LOL I knew it was just a matter of days before initial impressions of "NEW STUFF IS SO EXCITING" wears off and people will start seeing how the game actually is. Still happy with your buy?

Hehe! your dead right there, my friend is a absolute nutter, but he is a old WoW vet, loves PvP and knows the game like the back of his hand, so I just assumed he knows what he's talking about. I cannot speak for myself as I only ever played WoW for something like 2 days, the cartoon graphics putting me of, I know I'm shallow, but in the end it's what ever you are looking for in a game.
I don't think I am trying to fool myself over if the game is good or not, it's just while watching him play I had this great urge to get stuck in myself, thus the decision to order AOC

Default Update Notes - 26th of May
Barbarian in Reaver Stance now correctly moves at slower speed while hiding

Fixed an exploit with Demonologists (infinite stacking of certain spells)

Hostile spells casted by the player on itself should no longer trigger reactive spell procs.

The main reason for this update was to fix an exploit concerning demonologists.

Updating is sometimes a tricky thing as we have to make sure not to introduce new issues when solving another one. We know there are still other things to fix and the plan is to patch again very soon.

Thank you

AH is still not functioning, youd think they fix bigger issues rather than class balance issues :/ i guess that was way imba though, unlucky demos Smile

The bugs he posted are all real. There are a lot more than that even. However I'm really enjoying the game so far despite them. Up to level 48 now.
