You do get them in stores, they're sold as medi-gel upgrades or somesuch, and will increase the number of medi-gel slots by one. However, only some stores have them, and you only get them slowly, one by one as you progress through the game, as prices increase pretty quickly. Grenades work the same way.
At least, that's how it is on the 360.
Oh yeah, and as for the actual medi-gel itself, you will find medical containers here and there, just open everything you come across, and you can also refill it in certain places, such as the medical bay on Normandy, or at the doc's place in the Citadel Wards.

Great another shader 3.0 card required game. Boy did I make a mistake when building my gaming rig a couple years ago. I'm way above all the needed spec's except the damn shader model again.

SHIT..................i've droped beer on my keyboard and the buttons didnt worked(so i couldn't play ME).I've opend it and clean the circuits(they've smelld circuit beer).I've played the game 10 min. till the first mission coes i'm sleepy(im awake for 26 hours).It works fine Mass Effect and the Keyboard.

Does anybody have a problem accessing the galaxy map in the Normandy ?
Or let me ask another way, who is able to use the galaxy map in the Normandy without problems ?

The screen sorta goes black and the only thing you can do is press the right mouse button 2 or 3 times and you get thrown back into the Normandy, without being able to use the galaxy map.
I am wondering if this is a crack related problem or something else.
(using the detonation version, although to my understanding the reloaded crack is exactly the same.)

I think they need to release a patch for the game, i am having problems myself which prevent me from getting to the first mission. It may have something to do with the crack but you never know.

thos days 6600GT was good choice even 7600GT...i used 6600GT till the last Colin Mcrae Rally ..i had 2 fps lol..so i decided it is time to go on and buy new horse 8800gts:)
and everythings fine since than:) |

And what did I say, ha, what did I say you lousy motherfuckers, I told you your fancy protection wouldn't hold out for a week before getting cracked, turns out it was one day, so all you do is harass your costumers this game shouldn't have any protection so it's runs better on all systems like Oblivion, not to mention that online activation, stupid... fucking... idiots.. when will you learn?

DETONATiON can crack SecuROM and they can crack it proper.
